Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is a captivating visual experience, with an immersive soundtrack and good combat ideas. However, structural repetition and limited variety between runs prevent the game from reaching its full potential. Recommended especially for those who value art and style, but perhaps less suitable for those looking for mechanical innovation in roguelites.

LUNAR Remastered Collection is a nostalgic and immersive experience that blends beauty, charm, and smooth gameplay, evoking childhood imagination and emotions in a simple yet profound way. With anime-style cutscenes, a phenomenal soundtrack, and captivating adventures, the game is both a gem for fans of Japanese RPGs and an accessible entry point for newcomers. It comes highly recommended, especially for its ability to reinvigorate players with such a pure and thrilling journey.

Super Engine GT Turbo SPEC is a modern game, but with a strong influence from retro experiences, that delivers content that is in line with the price charged. It is recommended for those looking for quick and straightforward fun, since the game gets straight to the point and delivers quality races, with a classic 3D or isometric view of the games, depending on the customer’s taste. It is very good to play in portable mode, when we only have 5 or 10 minutes available, you know?

Mario Kart World not only honors the legacy of the franchise, but also expands upon it with boldness and creativity. The new free mode, open world, and new modes add layers of depth and replayability to a title that was already synonymous with fun. The experience remains familiar, accessible, and impeccable from a technical and artistic standpoint, all with Nintendo’s hallmark of excellence.

Welcome Tour isn’t exactly a game in the traditional sense, but it’s also far from being just a disguised manual. It’s an interactive experience carefully designed to introduce the Nintendo Switch 2 in a creative—and often charming—way. Overall, the title does a good job of being both playful and informative. However, at times it lacks depth and challenge, which can make the journey feel brief and somewhat unremarkable. In the end, Welcome Tour is a lovely introduction to the console, but it might have worked better as a complimentary welcome gift rather than a paid title.

Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny arrives on the Nintendo Switch as a remaster that honors its legacy while delivering a solid experience. While it still carries some of the visual limitations of its time and occasionally stumbles with static camera issues, the game remains fun, stylish, and full of personality. Capcom has skillfully balanced nostalgia and accessibility, offering a title that still feels relevant—whether you’re revisiting the PS2 era or discovering the franchise for the first time. The dark atmosphere, dynamic combat, and Jubei’s personal journey make this adventure well worth rediscovering. If you enjoy hack-and-slash games with a strong dose of historical and supernatural ambiance, this reimagined classic has everything it needs to earn your time and perhaps even your samurai heart.

The game is a visual novel that captivates fans of the genre with charismatic characters, stunning cutscenes, an engaging narrative, and elements from other genres that add depth, mystery, and a touch of weirdness, despite a dense start that becomes smoother and more captivating over time; however, for those unfamiliar with visual novels, the experience can be disappointing due to the slow pace, excessive dialogue, limited animations, simplistic combat, and caricatured anime-style characters, making the game less recommendable for newcomers, who might prefer the story as an anime rather than a game.

Star Overdrive is everything it’s cracked up to be. It’s the closest an indie game could get to The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of The Wild; it has movement mechanics reminiscent of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater; it’s a sci-fi with elements of the “hero myth”. But it’s much more than that. It’s about exploring worlds in style, it’s about defeating giant enemies, it’s about adrenaline with a hoverboard and a lot of style with a sword/guitar/keyboard. Finally, it’s about a gameplay loop so enjoyable and addictive that even though it’s an indie game and has a price tag, it feels more like it’s coming from a AAA game.

Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus is an excellent Metroidvania for newcomers to the genre. With its accessible difficulty and shorter length, it’s a very inviting experience for less experienced players. The aerial combat is incredibly satisfying, the visuals are stunning, and the soundtrack is spectacular, enhancing the overall exploration. However, the price might feel a bit high for what the game offers, especially when compared to other titles in the genre.

The Stone of Madness has excellent art and great gameplay moments, but while the game could be a replayable escape some bugs make the game frustrating, what could be a fun gameplay, the difficult controls and character bugs make you leave the game, but don’t give up, it’s worth it, with patches the game could become an excellent addition to the genre.

Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is a wonderful game, but it is lacking in price and language accessibility. If this is not a problem for you, and if you like science fiction, this game will guarantee many hours of fun, contemplation and of course GIANT ROBOTS! Go for it and may MONADO lend you his power!

The time loop may be repetitive, but the game has a refined mix of action and turn-based combat. And in my humble opinion, the Daybreak series could have started by being localized into several languages, as for the story, the game really feels like an expansion of Game One, bringing things from other games in the Trails series and making it a little confusing for people who are not used to it.

Tired of Super Mario 64, Banjo & Kazooie and Donkey Kong 64? Try Glover, a different game about collecting items and mainly about passing levels and advancing through different scenarios to save the kingdom. If one word could sum up the game, that word would be “creativity”, and it’s great to be able to revisit – or experience – this journey in HD on the Nintendo Switch.

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land, in this writer’s humble opinion, was a recipe for success, in which all the high-quality parts made up for the ones that weren’t so high. Fans of the franchise will love it, rest assured, but I believe the game is a good choice for anyone who enjoys the genre, and a great option for new players.

Four years after the release of the formidable Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights, Binary Haze Interactive reaffirms its potential as a developer by delivering yet another spectacular game. Ender Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist elevates the exuberance of the Metroidvania genre, masterfully blending design, soundtrack, and gameplay into a unique experience. With its distinct essence, the game earns every bit of praise it receives, further solidifying the studio’s talent.

Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero surprises players with its fluid gameplay and fun personality. The game offers various opportunities for creativity, captivating the player. Despite its interesting content, the price may seem high, and the lack of Portuguese localization causes some references and jokes to be lost. Overall, it’s a good choice for tactical RPG fans or those looking for a lighthearted experience to enjoy on a Sunday.

At a price of R$52.49 and for everything presented in this review, it is clear that Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is worth buying. It is a very competent and concise game. And its greatest quality is that it understands the phrase “You either die a hero… Or you live long enough to become a villain”. This is because the experience lasts exactly as long as it needs to last, with inventive resources that keep the player entertained from start to finish, whether through the story, the action-platform gameplay, the metroidvania-style exploration or the art, which includes visuals, soundtrack and everything else. And it is also made by a Brazilian and is 100% in Portuguese.

Overall, Tales of Graces F Remastered is an impressive port. It runs beautifully on the Switch, delivering a visually stunning experience. While it occasionally feels dated due to its graphics and limited map design, its engaging story structure and enjoyable combat make it a valuable addition to any JRPG fan’s library.

Owner of a vibrant visual, an enviable soundtrack, and a series of mechanics that greatly improved the gameplay, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD remains a great choice for both old and new players, even though it is just a remaster of a game originally released in 2010.

The game features visuals and sound design that are entirely praiseworthy. However, it is unbalanced and can be tedious for some people. The most important part of the game, which would be the restaurant, ends up being like a coin: you may or may not like it, almost like Schrödinger’s cat experiment. Furthermore, obtaining resources requires repetitive effort and exhausting work.
