Wizard of Legend 2 preserves the essence of the first game while modernizing the experience with updated visuals and new combat possibilities. The wide variety of spells and the chaotic multiplayer ensure that every run feels unpredictable. Even with a few minor technical issues and a relatively short campaign, the game maintains a strong replay value. For fans of action roguelikes, it’s a solid and entertaining sequel.

Scott Pilgrim EX delivers exactly what fans expect from the franchise: chaotic action, irreverent humor, and an avalanche of pop culture references. Even with a story that feels less inspired than the original works, the game makes up for it with fun combat, accessible mechanics, and a beautifully crafted pixel art style. It may not reinvent the genre, but it still offers a solid and highly charming experience. For fans of the series (and anyone who enjoys a good beat ’em up) it’s an easy recommendation.

The story that slowly emerges within this place is fascinating and captivating, keeping us engaged with clues and combinations for many hours. It’s a puzzle game that deeply penetrates the mind and remains excellent, even with its randomness. The game enchants you in every way. If you’re looking for a game with narrative, puzzles, and mysteries, this game is for you. Don’t worry if it’s demanding or not; it’s just right. The only drawback is that it’s not in Portuguese, only in English.

Blazblue Entropy Effect X is an excellent roguelite. But more than that: it’s an excellent “level-passing” game, an excellent beat ‘em up, and an excellent 2D side-scrolling action game. It features many selectable characters with endless options for attacks, powers, and combos, just the right amount of challenge, impeccable visuals, and visceral and fun combat.

Ys X – Proud Nordics comes with the premise of being a definitive version, but the improvements and extra content it offers don’t justify the high price. If it’s on sale, it’s a title worth considering; otherwise, Ys X – Proud Nordics ceases to be an option for everyone and becomes an exclusive game for hardcore fans of the series.

The game succeeds in a theme it has always done well; games with anthropomorphic themes are effective not because they make a narrative less serious, but because they make it easier to read, even as a study tool for younger students, something that books bring to us, like Animal Farm. One thing the game lacked was expanding on the translation of this magnificent work, and the learning curve due to the numerous management elements can be difficult to grasp at first, but the work that Metal Head Games did in bringing a strategic RPG with a reflection on institutional power was, again, brilliant in this way.

Tales of Berseria Remastered is worth it for those who never played the original and want to experience one of the most mature stories in the franchise on current platforms, now fully localized in Brazilian Portuguese. The engaging narrative and well-developed characters make up for some of its shortcomings. For those who have played it before, however, the improvements are subtle and may not justify a new purchase. The frustrating combat system and lackluster progression prevent the game from standing out among the best in the series, but it remains a solid entry point for newcomers to the Tales of franchise.

The Disney Afternoon Collection is the kind of collection that can genuinely bring tears to the eyes of nostalgic players. Bringing together major classics from the beloved NES era while also adding two heavyweight Super Nintendo titles, this package feels like a true time capsule. Mario Tennis Fever is the definitive celebration of arcade-style sports, delivering frenetic, addictive gameplay that is surprisingly strategic thanks to the Euphoric Racket system and the varied character archetypes. With stunning visuals that set a new standard for the franchise and impeccable localization, the title establishes itself as an absolute benchmark for the multiplayer genre. While the campaign mode and single-player–focused content may fall short for those who play alone, the game more than makes up for it with a wealth of creative modes and a ranked system that promises to keep competitive players hooked for a long time. It is, without a doubt, a perfect choice for gathering friends and dominating the courts of the Mushroom Kingdom

Reanimal represents a natural evolution of Tarsier Studios’ talent, delivering an atmospheric, mature, and memorable horror experience. Its refined art direction, precise sound design, and carefully crafted tension stand out as its greatest strengths. The fragmented narrative, combined with a powerful and impactful story, lingers in the player’s mind long after the journey comes to an end.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 + Dark Ties is an ambitious remake that modernizes a pivotal chapter of the franchise while preserving much of its emotional core. Refined combat, rebuilt visuals powered by the Dragon Engine, and a more mature narrative make it especially rewarding for long-time fans. However, controversial changes to the ending, explained through the Dark Ties expansion. may frustrate series veterans, and the inconsistent English voice acting undermines immersion at key moments. Performance on Switch 2 is solid and meaningful for the series. Not an ideal entry point, but still a rich and memorable experience, albeit one that will likely divide its audience.

Dragon Quest VII Reimagined is a resounding success. The game masterfully delivers everything its project set out to achieve: the same legendary adventure, now presented with a stunning diorama-style visual and a much better-paced gameplay experience. The narrative remains beautiful, the universe incredibly rich, and the changes — especially to combat and overall pacing — not only enhance the experience but also point toward exciting directions for the future of JRPGs. It’s a title that has shed its old “burdens” and established itself as a benchmark for the genre, highly recommended for both long-time fans and, especially, for those experiencing this masterpiece for the first time.
