62 / 100 - Skyforge
Feb 4, 2021

Skyforge is a solid MMO that is committed to a free business model with lots of content and a solid proposition. Unfortunately, the virtues of this game are blurred in a sea of technical problems that weigh down the gaming experience.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is a game made of other games, a hybrid that seeks to convince veteran fans with fantastic multiplayer. However, neither the homages, nor the "innovations" of the campaign and the zombies manage to disguise the obvious. This game is nothing more than a wild recycling of ideas made in a hurry.

69 / 100 - Skull and Bones
Feb 19, 2024

Skull and Bones isn't an unmitigated disaster, but it ends up throwing a lot of its potential overboard. The problem isn't that it's a game-as-a-service, but that its design falls short. It has highlights and good ideas that make it enjoyable, but if this is AAAA, then let Davy Jones drag us all into the abyss.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn is a solid expansion that reminds us why this game was one of the best of 2021. However, the lack of gameplay novelties and a marked continuity may disappoint those looking for something new. Its story is remarkable, but we miss the refreshing touch that the base game did.

Dirt 5’s sublime racing experience is held back by a lackluster online feature set.

Song of Nunu awakens the child in us with a classic narrative adventure that is humble in terms of playability, but that manages to catch you thanks to the charisma of its characters and a story full of feeling and emotion. Its excessive simplicity hinders the result, but makes it an ideal game for the youngest members of the family.

75 / 100 - NBA 2K24
Sep 13, 2023

NBA 2K24 is a shot on the board, a shot for sure that you know is going to go in, but we preferred to see a clean three-pointer from the corner. The basketball simulation returns one more year with a lukewarm tribute to the Mamba, without too much ambition and seasoned with micropayments, but with a playable invoice and brilliant technique.

75 / 100 - MotoGP 23
Jun 8, 2023

MotoGP 23 polishes in little more the fantastic simulation of the saga with small novelties and options for novice players; But it is a very continuous and conformist delivery that knows little. Only the biggest fans of motorcycling or players who have never experienced the franchise will get a good performance on the track.

75 / 100 - Thymesia
Aug 16, 2022

Thymesia is a humble indie soulsborne that, despite its marked inspirations and forced comparisons with giants like Bloodborne, manages to bring some other details to the genre. It lags behind in many aspects, but it also manages to attract attention through frenetic and fun combat.

76 / 100 - Knockout City
May 21, 2021

Knockout City manages to stand out as a multiplayer in the field of gameplay thanks to a different, but familiar premise. Its accessibility invites everyone to participate, but it is in other aspects where it stumbles. A series of business decisions relegate his formula to something fun, but one that could have accomplished much more.

The Mageseeker A League of Legends Story fulfills its goal and gives us an ambitious, lovingly crafted story that Riot Games MOBA fans will love. We only regret that his proposal is somewhat tarnished by a combat with a lot of potential, but repetitive and by a level design too flat.

78 / 100 - Harold Halibut
Apr 15, 2024

Harold Halibut gives shape to an attractive story led by a protagonist who manages to surprise the player. The magnificent handcrafted art section accompanies this good script, but at times its approach becomes somewhat heavy in terms of gameplay. Here's a good narrative adventure that could have aspired to be so much more.

78 / 100 - Redfall
May 1, 2023

Redfall will be a good game for when all the technical problems that launch treasures are fixed. Arkane's good hand in terms of setting and gameplay is moved to the background due to errors and failures and despite everything, this exclusive is very fun, despite innovating rather little.

Need for Speed Unbound does not reinvent the wheel, but it does tune it. Criterion Games wanted to stand out with its new artistic style and a more than remarkable technical power and has succeeded. This is not the best driving game of the year, but we do see an NFS that wants the saga to return to the highest categories. Funny, fast and furious.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Turbocharged is not a must-buy sequel for those who enjoyed the first game, but it has certainly managed to add enough incentives to round off an arcade formula that is as fun as it is inspiring. This is a more complete game, better planned in its progression and with a lot of content.

80 / 100 - Road 96: Mile 0
Apr 4, 2023

Road 96 Mile 0 is a prequel that will be well received by fans of the first game by dynamically introducing new playable concepts such as music mini-games. Although its approach loses strength by eliminating the originality of the procedural narrative, the plot will keep your interest thanks to a conventional script, but very successful.

With Fire Emblem Engage, Nintendo Switch hosts one of the best SRPGs on the market in terms of combat. However, we see this installment as a missed opportunity to present a classic round game due to its script. The shadow of Three Houses has played against this delivery, although seeing Marth is always a cause for joy.

Tactics Ogre Reborn is, on its own merits, one of the great SRPG in history, which we can now enjoy in the best way thanks to its playable and graphic novelties. However, we miss a greater boldness on the part of Square Enix with this revision of the 2010 remake. If you already played years ago, there are no great incentives to repeat.

The Diofield Chronicle has been a pleasant surprise. Square Enix pulls out of its sleeve a new tactical role-playing IP with deep and challenging real-time combat that brings a touch of freshness to the genre. Despite dragging narrative problems, if you like SRPG and master English, this game can earn a place on your console or PC.
