This is a preliminary judgment about the game, since only the first two chapters were played. In Life, Strange is: Double Exposure returns Max Caulfield as a twenties studying at the University of Caledon. She leads a quiet life without using her time -manipulating forces, until her girlfriend Safi is murdered by an unknown shooter. This triggers a new power with which Max can switch between two realities: one in which Safi is dead and one in which she is still alive. Max uses this power to investigate the murder and prevent more victims from falling, while balancing between emotional dilemmas in both realities. The first two chapters are very strong and contain strong visual elements and expressive characters. The gameplay builds on well -known elements from the series, but the slow structure can discourage some players. However, the price for early access is not entirely worth it. Waiting for the official release date for the entire game seems better to be in place.

The remake of Until Dawn for PC and PS5 offers an impressive visual upgrade and subtle improvements to the dialogues and gameplay. The well-known butterfly effect system, where every choice influences the course of the story, still provides tension and high replayability. Although you can fully enjoy the immersive horror experience as a new player, the cinematic presentation is regularly disrupted by technical errors such as graphical bugs and framerate stutters. The price of €69.99 feels on the high side for a nine-year-old game, especially for returning players who already know the original version. Nevertheless, it remains a unique and exciting experience for newcomers.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom marks the first time that Princess Zelda takes center stage, as she must flee and prove her innocence after a sinister copy of the king falsely accuses her. The adventure introduces a novel system where Zelda can summon “echoes” of objects and enemies to solve puzzles, offering players creative freedom similar to recent Zelda titles like Breath of the Wild but within a more classic gameplay structure. The visual design builds on the charming style of Link’s Awakening (2019), with a colorful 2.5D look. While the game is fun and innovative, it does suffer from a few drawbacks, such as a cumbersome menu for selecting echoes and occasional technical issues including framerate drops. Despite this, it remains a bold and fresh step for the series, appealing to newcomers and veterans alike, with a focus on strategy and puzzles over action.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions finally brings the magic of the famous wizarding sport back to life after years of absence. The career mode offers a fun build-up as you progress through your own Quidditch career, from Weasley matches to the Quidditch World Championship. While the career mode is somewhat limited by the use of bots, the game really shines in the PvP mode, where teamwork and strategy are key. The controls take some getting used to, but after a few matches, the flying and maneuvering feels smooth and challenging. Overall, Quidditch Champions offers a modern take on the iconic fantasy sport that really shines in multiplayer.

Super Mario RPG has been remastered on the Nintendo Switch. It has remained very close to the original. It's up to Mario to save the Mushroom Kingdom, this time not from Bowser, but the enemy Exor. The beautiful 3D refresh that this game has received is great and the soundtrack is also great. The game ensures that you fly through the game without getting bored. The turn-based combat is a joy and no two characters and weapons are the same to play as. Find the combination that works for you and save the mushroom kingdom!

A fun sequel to the original game in 2018, in which you unravel mysteries by interrogating people and Pokemon. These mysteries and riddles are quite simple, which makes it feel like child's play. If you're looking for action and adventure, Detective Pikachu isn't the right choice. But if you have a love for Pokémon and want a change from Pokémon battles, you've come to the right place!

Baten Kaitos I & II, originally released on the Gamecube, have been remastered for the Nintendo Switch. The upgrade brings players back into the enchanting fantasy world, with beautiful visuals and a compelling story. Although Part 1 already scored highly, Origins surpasses its predecessor on all fronts, with significant improvements in both visuals and gameplay. Both games introduce a unique card-based battle system, which adds an interesting and tactical dimension to the game. Highly recommended for RPG enthusiasts looking for a refreshing experience.

Entertaining multi-player game, which is mainly based on that. The story for the single-player is boring and the voice actors don't do the game much good, but fortunately that is rectified by the fun online battles.
