Terrifier: The ARTcade Game is a very monotonous, short game. It works well and has some fun character designs. Nevertheless, the game is more frustrating and dull than entertaining.

Disney Dreamlight Valley remains a delightfully cozy game where you decide how to spend your time: farming, mining, decorating, or chatting with Disney characters. The new DLC, Wishblossom Ranch, primarily adds a magical horse system: you can create your own horse, ride it, and unlock familiar Disney horses. There are also new characters like Snow White, Tinker Bell, Cruella, and Tigger, each with their own quests and atmosphere. The expansion brings beautiful new biomes, from a wintery ranch to colorful areas with creative themes. Horses help with daily tasks, but the boost is temporary and can only be used once per day, which feels like a missed opportunity. There are still some bugs, such as mailbox crashes and stuck objects, but patches are expected. For fans of Dreamlight Valley, cozy games, or Disney, this is a charming and valuable expansion that makes the game even more enjoyable.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment isn't a new Legend of Zelda game, but rather an expansion of the story behind The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It's mindless button mashing to destroy as many enemies as possible. In any other game, you'd be put off by this, but in Age of Imprisonment, it works perfectly because you're given plenty of story to fill in the gaps. The free choice of characters and the way you can improve them never feels punishing. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is simply a joy to play on a drizzly day while enjoying the magic of a Legend of Zelda game.

Anno 117: Pax Romana takes the series to the Roman era for the first time, delivering a fresh yet familiar experience. The campaign tells a surprisingly personal story with political tensions and cultural contrasts. The new province structure, expanded land battles, and greater role for religion and culture add depth to the gameplay. Visually, the game is clearly stronger than its predecessor, and wandering through your city is a joy. The sandbox mode remains the heart of Anno, once again providing endless building fun. Despite some technical flaws, it's a strong and atmospheric addition to the series.

Sunderfolk is a tactical co-op RPG from Secret Door. You play in the world of the Sunderlands, where you fight together against the threat of the Shadowstone. The game uses your phone or tablet as a controller, which provides clear controls, slightly different than normal. You use cards to perform attacks and spells, which makes the game strategic and varied. The One Shot Mode lets you play short, individual missions. Thanks to the beautiful design and fun controls, Sunderfolk is really a special video game. It is truly a great combination of a video game and a board game. Fun to play alone, but best together with your friends!

Once Upon a Katamari brings back the classic formula of the series with a fairytale twist. The King of the Universe is once again causing chaos, and it's up to the Prince to round up everything and restore order. The game combines the recognizable absurdity and humor with new worlds, assignments and the option to unlock and customize cousins. The two control options make it accessible for newcomers and challenging for veterans. Graphically it is not a highlight, but the charm, music and atmosphere more than make up for that. It remains a wonderfully strange game that proves that simplicity and craziness can go together perfectly.

Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted is a loving remaster that brings old and new players together. The updated graphics, new modes and local co-op give fresh energy to a classic that is still just as addictive. The charm, humor and balance of the original remain intact, although it is a shame that online functionality is missing. Whether you're planting sunflowers for the first time or have been planting walnuts since 2009, this remake is pure, sunny relaxation.

As a player, you enter much larger and more mature rooms in Escape Simulator 2 than in part one. You get fifteen rooms divided over three themes and you can tackle them alone or with eight players at the same time, which often results in fun chaos. Thanks to the new Room Editor 2.0, endless new content continues to be added and DLCs are already planned. However, you do have to take into account bugs that sometimes make puzzles frustrating.

Little Nightmares III plays smoothly and looks strong, but remains too safe. The atmosphere is good and the collaboration between Low and Alone works, although local co-op is noticeably absent. The world is nicely constructed, but offers little new. Technically everything is fine, although dark parts and small glitches are annoying. A solid sequel that remains true to the series, but never really surprises.

After the success of Pokémon Legends Arceus, fans hoped that Pokémon A-Z would breathe new life into the series, but the opposite appears to be true. The story takes place entirely in Lumious City, an atmospheric, empty city without charm or depth. Although the new action-oriented combat system is a nice addition, it lacks variety and quickly becomes monotonous. The limited world, dull graphics and lack of interaction with Pokémon ensure that the magic of the franchise disappears. Pokémon A-Z is simply not worth seventy euros and shows that Game Freak urgently needs to find a new direction.

Silent Hill f does not have the traditional setting in which the town of Silent Hill plays a major role. Shame? Not really, because Silent Hill f does many things just as well or perhaps even better. This is because of the main character Hinako who is much more vulnerable and the way you have to move through this fictional Japanese village. In terms of story, it is a different twist with that Silent Hill sauce about it. A successful 'outing' and with it Konami proves that they are really back.

FC 26 feels familiar from the start, plays smoothly and looks just a bit sleeker. The choice between arcade and realism is the most striking addition, with enough potential for further growth. The gameplay is direct and recognizable, with small adjustments that work well. The modes are also extensive and logically structured. No big surprises, but a neat update with fresh accents. Ideal for new players, a solid and recognizable sequel for experienced players.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater that stays incredibly close to the original. It brings a significant graphical upgrade without losing sight of the original’s details. The gameplay feels much smoother, features a new mode, and adds a few unlockable camouflages. It’s a polished remake that does exactly what a tribute to the original should do.

Killing Floor 3 still has rapid action and bloody chaos, but at the same time feels a lot of outbreak. Classes and weapons are limited, the hub is removing pace and newcomers have to figure out the Zeds themselves. The Gore is there, the humor is not and that makes it less playful than the previous parts.

Towa and the Sacred Tree is easy enough for beginners in the genre, but certainly in -depth and challenging enough for acquaintances who know what they are doing. The Rogue Prince of Persia gives a new interpretation to the classic franchise. The prince must save his city from theirs who attack with dark magic. Thanks to a magical Bola you start again after every death, but keep knowledge and equipment. This creates a clear learning curve, although the repetition can sometimes frustrate. The gameplay does not always feel flexible and enemies are often easy to beat, so that the focus is mainly on acrobatics. Yet the Roguelike system has a motivating effect and feels the progression rewarding. Visually the game distinguishes itself with colorful environments and flowing animations. The result is a fresh, challenging and stylish addition to the series.
