Chained Echoes does things that many of its genre peers, even much bigger ones, simply don’t. It takes the best of what the genre has to offer, cuts out much of the tedious or outdated baggage, and adds something fresh and compelling to the mix. It then wraps it all in an epic story, a genuinely meaningful political and social intrigue, and a few genre clichés, creating an explosive cocktail.
