Dragon Quest Heroes 2, overall, is a fantastic experience. A game that has caught me by surprise as I did not believe I would enjoy it quite as much as I have. With its wonderfully vibrant characters, enrapturing music, effervescent world and the amount of content included there is just so much to love about the game.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 is by no means perfect. It pales in comparison to some of the other sim type games with its lack of options in certain aspects, however, if you are looking to have a more casual - yet still challenging - sim experience, and you want that Jurassic Park theme, then you shouldn't think twice about picking this up.
All in all, Kirby Star Allies isn’t mind blowing, it’s not hugely different and certainly doesn’t push any boundaries. What it is, though, is a perfectly fun, simple gaming experience that’s enjoyable with or without friends, and near perfect for the Switch whether it be on the go, or on the TV.
The basketball gameplay is magnificent, the visuals and audio are too. Now 2K, just get rid of the overly offensive microtransactions and advertisements... please.
For football purists, it’s overall a great experience considering the general flow of the game, while others looking for that specific arcade feel might not be as impressed.
EA Sports FC 24 doesn't do enough to differentiate itself from its bygone FIFA branding, though that might be a good thing for players seeking a familiar and safe football experience.
I do hope there's more to come from FIFA in the years ahead, but for now it's more of a fun-to-have rather than a must-have for Nintendo Switch owners.

The updated career mode, the licence for the Ashes, The Hundred and Big Bash, as well as the inclusion of the women’s game make it an overall impressive package, but it’s still plagued by the same issues that Cricket games seem to have experienced since forever.
For those looking for a quick, fun outing or those that have a constant need to challenge friends or family, you won’t be disappointed with what Switch Sports has to offer. However, for those looking for something with depth, great detail or something innovative, you are unlikely to find it here.
No Man’s Sky is ultimately a disappointment, and it’s hard to recommend it at the price it is going for.
Overall, I feel as though Yooka-Laylee has teased me with the past. So many good individual aspects giving me a glimpse of what I loved of the genre. But there are so many other parts of it that detract from the experience and make me wonder if I put up with such things in the past, without noticing them.
If you desperately need a new Rugby game to fill the void, you might still consider picking Rugby 20 up, but even then you might be better off going back to Rugby Challenge and playing that with some of the new community squads.
The gameplay is undoubtedly the best in any football game to-date, but in a world where gamers crave fresh content, it’s sadly lagging the competition.
