Eiyu*Senki's main story may have been its weakest link, but its large assortment of characters managed to steal the show. Throughout my quest to rule the world, it felt like I was going through an enjoyable harem anime series.

8 / 10.0 - Ys SEVEN
Aug 30, 2017

Depending on how you tackle the journey, it can take around 20 to 37 hours to save Altago from danger. Of course, this time range takes the side missions and optional bosses into account. Because of HYDE, Inc.'s involvement with the PC port, this makes Ys Seven's new release the best version of the game. In other words, XSEED has found themselves a great ally.

Seeing that the title showed a bit of potential with the way how the Rangers played, I could see this being true. However, this doesn’t prevent the game from leaving a huge dent in the Command Center.

8 / 10.0 - Xanadu Next
Nov 20, 2016

With the length ranging from 10 to 15 hours, Xanadu Next packs the right amount of content anyone who’s in the mood for a title that mixes action-RPG and puzzle elements. Like with many games that revolve around obtaining a legendary weapon, the Dragon Slayer is a blade that’s worth wielding.
