8.5 / 10.0 - Subnautica
Jan 30, 2018

Subnautica is a fresh new scope on the survival genre. Unknow Worlds Entertainment has created an intense, extreme and rich in possibilities adventure. Subnautica knows what to tell to the player and knows how to do it despite the characteristics of the genre.

Deconstructeam's narrative makes The Red Strings Club one of the best reflections in the media about making games, why we create things and why the megacorporations are the evil incarnated.

Of Mice and Sand is a little resource management game that requires a huge amount of time (and previous knowledge) to begin with it.

6.5 / 10.0 - Romancing SaGa 2
Dec 20, 2017

The Romancing SaGa 2's comeback is a nice thing for the rpgs lovers, the nostalgics and the newcomers. But the absence of new features, improved graphics, sounds or effects make it feels exactly like the mobile phone version.

7.5 / 10.0 - SpellForce 3
Dec 11, 2017

Spellforce 3's mix of RTS and RPG can be interesting for a good amount of players but can also be not enough for the most devoted RTS and RPG's players. The narrative doesn't do anything special but maintains a good rhytm and do it's best.

Seven: The Days Long Gone is a nice stealth-rpg with a very beatiful art and ost. The games works better as a tactic stealth game than as a rpg game but the mix feels god most of the time.

6.3 / 10.0 - Numantia
Nov 6, 2017

Numantia is a small game that tries to be something bigger and fails. It has good ideas but the scope seems to be bigger than what the studio can handle. Although it is a nice game about a really interesting period of time.

Aer Memories of Old is a beatiful game. A place to come back from time to time to enjoy a flight. Forgotten Key has created a complex tiniy world explained well and full of little secret but, at the end it feels small and we want more and more.

Rogue Trooper: Redux is a fine piece of memorabilia of past games. It's perfect for someone willing to remember the old days but it's feels, now, as a arcaic, rather edgy kind of game.

6.5 / 10.0 - ELEX
Oct 16, 2017

Elex has, somewhere, a good game under all the apathy of it's surface. There are some good ideas that one can easily miss because of it's poor narrative, gameplay or aesthetic.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 gets further than most of the rpgs nowadays. Larian Studios has created a complex narrative driven game with an intuitive and smooth gameplay.

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Bowser's MInions is a nice little game for Nintendo 3DS. Bowser's Minions is a great inclusion. Although in the end-game it's gets a little boring and repetitive Nintend surely knows how to create happy and safe places in their games.

6.5 / 10.0 - Blue Reflection
Sep 26, 2017

Blue Reflection is just a repetitive and simple rpg full of colors and nice music. It's view of relationships is utilitarian and flat. Just another piece of fandom for the magical girl fans.

Total War: Warhammer 2 is the sublimation of both the Warhammer fans desires and the work in the previous game. With this second game Creative Assembly is expanding his universe to a major scale but we know that they can do it better (and they will with the next DLCs).

Playing Final Fantasy once more, this time in Ps4, is one of the most notalgic and happy things. The renewed version looks nice and smooth and allows new players to enjoy one of the best game for PsOne.

Utawarerumono: Mask of Turth is, once again, a mediocre visual novel riddled with sexual (and barely related) content that makes almost imposible to feel confortable playing. Once again the combat system is forgotten by dozens of hours of dialogue making Mask of the Truth only accesible for true lovers of the franchise.
