4 / 10 - Devil's Third

Devil's Third is impossible to recommend as anything other than a curio. Coming from Itagaki, this is a huge disappointment.

8 / 10 - ZOMBI

This is a reasonably priced port that is definitely recommended to anyone who doesn't own a Wii U.

The best way to play the game on consoles and it's very much worth playing if you're yet to experience it.

5 / 10 - Beyond Eyes

Beyond Eyes' story and experience come nowhere near to making up for the boredom delivered by the gameplay.

Submerged feels like a concept rather than a complete game. What's here is so slight, the story so flimsy, that it left almost no impression on me.

7 / 10 - Magicka 2
May 28, 2015

I enjoyed my time battling foes alongside wizard friends new and old, but Magicka 2 takes more effort than most games, and it's tiring.

Lifeless Planet delivers a brief adventure just about worth taking, but it doesn't offer enough technically or say enough thematically, despite the odd flourish on both counts.

6 / 10 - Not a Hero

I don't know what a chocolate and monkey milkshake would taste like, but it somehow sums up Not a Hero perfectly.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China feels like an Assassin's Creed game without the sense of adventure and scope, and a Prince of Persia game without the cool platforming and exciting combat.

8 / 10 - Titan Souls

Titan Souls is one of the most interesting titles I've played this year. Some issues aside, this is a unique and memorable experience.

Whereas many modern takes on classic retro genres fall foul of style over substance, this has been built with such skill that it doesn't need to rely on our annoying fondness of the past to impress.
