80 / 100 - Hyper Jam
Feb 11, 2019

Even with its limited amount of content, Hyper Jam is a very fun game. Its cyberpunk aesthetic, fast-paced and intense combat and the systems that make every round different and unique are great. It is a game that can be enjoyed for hours and hours online or, specially, with friends on a couch.

85 / 100 - Song of Memories
Feb 8, 2019

Even though it fails to successfully integrate rhythm-game mechanics into its gameplay to diversify it, Song of Memories is an amazing visual novel with an emotional and deeply touching story, coming very close to reaching the genre's highest echelons.

25 / 100 - Nippon Marathon
Jan 29, 2019

Nippon Marathon is impressive, but in the wrong way. Somehow, it manages to fail in every aspect, with absolutely nothing in it that could be considered a quality.

Despite having a few issues that, in the end, prevent it from being an even better game, The Last Remnant Remastered is a fun RPG, with a good and different combat system and an interesting story, specially for those that haven't played its original version.

A great game with issues that can mostly be solved with patches, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden manages to deliver everything you could want from a turn-based strategy game, with great gameplay and a good story working as the basis for a game that challenges you with each turn in the best way possible.

Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics has almost no positive things to take out of it, with frustrating gameplay and little-inspired story that limits what could have been a good game based on one of the richest universes ever created.

With a nice story, nice visuals and fun gameplay, Space Hulk: Tactics is a good game that fails only on its awful AI and some issues with its controls, but it still offers a good experience for fans of Warhammer 40K and Tactical RPGs.

My Hero One's Justice is a good and fun arena fighter and a worthy debut for the popular Shonen Jump series on the PS4, specially when considering the amount of modes and options it has, even if it doesn't bring anything new to genre.

82 / 100 - WWE 2K19
Oct 25, 2018

WWE 2K19 is 2K's best wrestling game in the last few years, with many good changes in comparison to prior games with an astounding amount of content. MyCareer mode's story, the Showcase mode and 2K Towers deliver a lot of content that, with the great in-ring action, entertains for a long time, specially for the promotion's fans.

Even though NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 is fun on the court, the lack of content to enhance its shelf life, the connectivity issues in online matches and the constant feeling that the game could be better without the way the microtransactions were implemented keep it from reaching its potential.

After all these years of fans claiming for a Greek mythology game in the series, Assassin's Creed Odyssey makes the wait worthwhile. While it stumbles trying to implement many systems at the same time, the whole is still bigger than the sum of its parts and all of its great moments make this a journey worth of its own epic poem.

It's hard not to look at Disgaea 1 Complete with at least a little bit of nostalgia. Its release for the PS4 in the PS2's Hour of Darkness 15th anniversary original release is a great way to celebrate not only how incredible the original was, but all the legacy of this magnificent franchise.

90 / 100 - NBA 2K19
Sep 21, 2018

Despite keeping last year's terrible decision to force players to buy into microtransactions, NBA 2K19 is still the king of sports games. The matches are better than ever and there are enough alternatives for those who don't want to spend a dime over the game's price, even if they are not ideal. You'll still feel like you're in the courts of the best basketball league in the world.
