Dusk Diver 2 isn't necessarily a bad title, but it's not a title to recommend either. The combat has competent mechanics, but its balance makes the player experience go from interesting to tedious in a few hours. It's a game that had big ambitions, but didn't have the polish to carry them out properly.

Soul Hackers 2 is a different title than what is usually expected from Atlus, but it is also one of their best and most original games in recent years. It's a highly recommended title if you're already a fan of the company's games or turn-based RPGs in general.

Severed Steel was a pleasant surprise because of its gameplay which, in addition to being extremely fun, is also very well made. The campaign and and the challenges complete this package with a considerable amount of content. If you are a fast-paced FPS fan, Severed Steel is a title that needs your attention.

Overall, the Redout 2 experience was mind-blowing due to its speed and excellent mechanics. But it was also frustrating because of some paths, some events in campaign mode, and the inconsistent AI. It is certainly one of the best and most complete packages in the genre today and a highly recommended title for racing fans and those who like a good challenge.

Here we enter a particularly difficult case to judge: is it worth playing Chrono Cross these days? Absolutely. Is this faulty port worth buying at its launch price? It depends. It's a shame the remaster turned out this way, but Chrono Cross is still a gem even after all these years.

Persona 4 Ultimax is an excellent title and quite unique in the fighting genre with its dynamics of controlling the characters and their Personas. It is, therefore, a game that is certainly worth checking out by fans of the genre and the series. The only question left is when to dedicate yourself to the game: now, at its relaunch, or when the future rollback update happens (and the competitive scenario of the title rises).

As a beginner, Assetto Corsa Competizione has such a high barrier of entry that it would take me a lot of time and dedication to explore everything the title has to offer. It's certainly an interesting experience of trying to control an incredibly fast car and going, gradually, taking milliseconds off each lap and trying to get a better time. For enthusiasts, it's certainly a valid recommendation, but for newbies to the genre I believe there is a lot to be done for this to become a receptive title.

Shadow Warrior 3 has good combat, but its content is too short to recommend it at launch. It is certainly a title to keep on the radar if you are a fan of this type of FPS.

GRID Legends doesn't do anything particularly new or ambitious, opting to stay close to the series' strong structure and add more content compared to its predecessor. More ambition would certainly be help to draw more attention to it, but regardless, it's still an excellent racing title.

If you've played all the "Metroidvanias" under the Sun, Aeterna Noctis might be a good recommendation. The game has a solid foundation, but its individual elements don't provide a concise experience as a whole. There is always something unnecessary that tests the player's patience and perseverance beyond what is necessary. In the end, it is a title that will remain in memory not for what it is, but for what it could have been.

Within the limitations common to Gust's games, Second Light demonstrates the developers' care in creating the most enjoyable title possible. It's a game that its individual aspects can all be considered good or great, but never earning a difference to be called excellent. It's certainly a memorable experience for its battle system and and the casual conversations with each character on this summer vacation adventure, and one that I would certainly recommend to those who are already familiar with the developer's games.

UnMetal was a pleasant surprise with great gameplay and a very comical story. Its narrative brings changes to every scenario in the game, some that were interesting and others that were simply silly. Lost Judgment is a natural evolution of Judgment and it brings an absolutely incredible story with very modern themes. The whole package comes with an absurd amount of content for both the main and optional adventures. The excessive amount of mechanics could be cut or properly deepened, but that's a small problem in an absolutely phenomenal package.

Overall, Clid The Snail was a pleasant surprise for its combat, story and world building. The visuals end up to hinder the gameplay at times and some systems limitations can end up bringing unnecessary frustration. NEO: The World Ends With You can be described as a sequel that respects and surpasses the original in many ways. The new title simplifies and improves some aspects coming from its predecessor, but it also brings new systems and expands them incredibly to create its own identity. This is not a title I recommend only for those who loved the original, but also for any RPG fan due to the quality present in each of its aspects. I consider NEO to be one of the essential RPGs in the PS4 library and I can only hope that we'll see more titles from this excellent series soon.
