It all boils down to whether or not you should buy the game. And I think that’s the worst part about it, is that there’s really no real reason to buy it. There are many more zombie shooter survival games out there that does this a whole lot better. Why buy Metal Gear Survive?
I’m a bit divided when it comes to recommending The Quarry. It is a good interactive film that is worth experiencing at least once. It has a couple of significant drawbacks that keep it from truly shining, but it’s a great interactive movie that those who loved Until Dawn will appreciate.
On its own, Back 4 Blood isn’t a bad zombie game. I can definitely see people enjoying it with friends. However it’s difficult to give a confident recommendation when it offers such a mediocre experience. Should they be able to balance the difficulty a little better, that could be paramount into improving the game.
The Medium was a game I really wanted to like. With its gorgeous graphics, old school tank control gameplay, and musical pieces composed by Akira Yamaoka himself it had everything that promised a memorable experience. But at the end, the journey was unfulfilling and forgettable.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is a mediocre fighting game.
Ultimately, Battlezone can be a fun game. But it’s just not a game to be played on your own as single player can be boring and feel repetitive at times. If you have friends and you’re looking for a game that pays homage to the 90’s, then maybe Battlezone is for you. If you have a VR for it, even better! There are just better games out there that features tanks.
At its core, Just Cause 4 seems like a game that's been directed by Michael Bay. Special effects are fancy and explosions are always pretty to look at, but there's no real depth or anything meaningful to find in this game.
Overall, Greedfall is an amazing game that many will have fun with. While not to say that Greedfall has left a mark in history, it is nevertheless quite the RPG that players can drown themselves in. You will spend hours upon hours in this game grinding your character from the ground up to become take out any opposition and craft your own ending.
Overall, Rage 2 is a fun game. Surprisingly a bit short for an open world experience as I was able to beat it at below 14 hours. But it is still worth playing if you are a fan of Doom.
Why not? It’s free. Except if you want to customize your character. That takes some actual dough and earning customization in the game is honestly just too much work to bother. But that’s not really important. Nobody is going to comment how sexy your pants make you look when you’re dead on the ground. How could they anyway? There’s no voice chat proximity.
The question is whether it’s worth it buying. If you’re a fan of Sniper Elite as a whole, then the answer is a definite yes. Go ahead and pull that trigger. Though if you’re on the fence because the fifth game didn’t really win you over, then Resistance isn’t going to do anything different. It follows the same formula but does have some added mechanics to help make this entry feel fresh.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is something I can recommend for those who haven't yet played the original and for those who really loved it and want to experience it again with the RE Engine. There's no question that it's fun but with its most notable feature being the updated visuals it really is just the old game with a fresh coat of paint.
King of Fighters XV is a decent fighting game, however, I feel it’s a bit overshadowed by others in the fighting genre like Tekken 7 or Street Fighter V which offer better fighting experiences. It’s not that the game is bad, but the King of Fighters XV feels like just a refined version of King of Fighters XIV.
Far Cry 6 is a pretty fun game. I don’t think it’s anything revolutionary, but it brings back the charm of the previous entries with all new toys to play with and some improvements to the core gameplay. If you’ve always been fond of Far Cry’s previous entries, then you’ll love this one. If you’re a newcomer though, you’re in for nonstop action that you may find repetitive.
While there are a few flaws that prevent the journey for being an otherwise excellent experience, it is still an undoubtedly memorable pilgrimage. If you’re looking for a game that doesn’t hold your hand and free from any kind of pressure, then Sable may just be what you’re looking for.
F1 2021 is a great racing simulator. It offers a plethora of personal vehicle customization that opens up a lot to play around with. It’s a game where the racing mechanics are rather in-depth. However, if you’re not already a fan of Formula One to begin with then it can take some effort to get used to what this game offers.
Amnesia Rebirth’s story could be considered disturbing. Though to those who played the previous installments, that shouldn’t come as a surprise. Rebirth doesn’t just input fear in you by showing you the tortured forms of man but horrifies you as well by showing you the darkest actions of what man is capable of. If you have the stomach to brave Tasi’s journey, then I fully recommend trying out Rebirth for yourself.
Those Who Remain introduces an interesting thriller that is worth checking out. If you’re a fan of Silent Hill, Outlast, and Amnesia-like games, then this is definitely worth checking out.
All in all, Juicy Realms is a fun little top-down shooter. It’s something that people of all ages who appreciate the genre can enjoy. The game never really becomes too violent or mature, so they’re safe for children to play. But as far as top-down shooters go, there isn’t really much to separate Juicy Realms from all the other top-down shooters to give it its own unique identity. But it’s definitely worth giving a shot.
There is definitely quite a few good reasons to be playing Stifled for those who are interested in horror games. The game is available for VR for those who have it.
