Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition is an astonishing Switch 2 port that preserves the scale, exploration, challenge, and sheer density of FromSoftware’s masterpiece while delivering surprisingly stable performance, sharp visuals, comfortable handheld controls, and the complete experience including Shadow of the Erdtree. Its enormous scope can still feel unnecessarily complicated, some questlines remain frustratingly opaque, and parts of the adventure repeat familiar ideas, but technically this is one of the most impressive conversions on the platform.

The Walking Dead: Streets of Survival is about as relevant as The Walking Dead series is in 2026. At its core, it’s a title that doesn’t really understand its own genre, and while it attempts to introduce new elements and experiments, they don’t work particularly well. The result is something so ordinary and uninteresting that not even gallons of spilled blood and dozens of walkers can save it.

The sequel fixes the shortcomings of its predecessor, and while it is not flawless, it ranks among the most intriguing experiences of 2026. The game is not afraid to be unique and unconventional, benefiting by far the most from its harrowing atmosphere, which gives it a distinct hallmark. Furthermore, it is a high-quality genre piece built on proven and functional elements. The third installment is going to be fantastic.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty – Complete Edition remains a fast, adrenaline-fueled soulslike with excellent rhythmic combat, rewarding exploration, rich historical lore, and plenty of content, making it a solid entry point into the genre. The Nintendo Switch 2 port preserves the core experience and works surprisingly well in handheld mode, but inconsistent performance, noticeable frame drops, rough visuals, awkward aiming, and uneven difficulty balancing make it clearly the weakest version available.

Monster Hunter Wilds is the ideal start for newcomers. It is fair, accessible, still maintaining its own hardcore roots and offering several absolutely breathtaking fights. All fans must play it, for other players it is a very good title as well. That is the main reason why it easily justifies its price tag. Good hunting!
