World to the West is an entertaining indie title that combines action elements with logical puzzles very well. The stand-out element is the soundtrack that's worth listening on its own.

The first story DLC for Mafia III called Faster, Baby! offers some adrenaline filled action, but sadly the developers haven't came up with any interesting gameplay innovations.

Stones Unturned, the second expansion of Mafia III, is basically the same as the first one. Although the action is still fun, the DLC doesn't bring anything new, and the potential of the new area has remained a little unfulfilled.

Mafia III: Sign of the Times is a slight disappointment and the potential of the final story expansion wasn't fulfilled. However, the DLC is still quite good and lives up to the first two expansions.

The first episode of Pillars of the Earth is a decent prologue of a promising adventure game series. We'll see what the other two episodes will have to offer.

70% - Vaporum
Apr 26, 2019

Vaporum is slightly undermined by its weaker console port, but just very slightly. Even on consoles, it still offers a solid dungeon crawling experience.

If you've enjoyed the base game and The Depths DLC, you'll be entertained once again. However, if you're looking for significant new gameplay mechanics or answers for many unanswered questions, you'll be more or less disappointed.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers is a very good start of a potential horror trilogy. If you're after a scary video game with a great atmosphere, give this title a chance. Just be ready for some technical issues.

The Residence is an excellent final chapter of the Secrets of the Maw expansion that offers everything you'd expect. Entertaining gameplay, a chilling atmosphere and especially the end of the whole story of Little Nightmares.

Despite only using the basic stealth principles, Aragami is a quite enjoyable experience. Nothing special, but fans of the stealth genre should be pleased.

If you're interested in nonstop shooting, you can definitely enjoy MOTHERGUNSHIP. Everyone else should wait a bit longer to figure out how'll the developers deal with its current issues.

Naruto fans will probably appreciate the fact that they'll find themselves in their favorite universe again. Otherwise, Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is simply a bit underwhelming. Although it's certainly not bad, it had much more potential.

Very vulgar humor and for younger players, archaic gameplay as well. That's Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry. If those two things don't scare you, then you can try this modern entry in this old and well-known game series. Everyone else should rather avoid it.

In the case of Asterix & Obelix XXL 2, the ravages of time are definitely noticeable, but they certainly weren't as cruel to the famous Gallic fighters as they were to other similarly styled titles. XXL 2 can still entertain even now and it can be enjoyed not only by the nostalgics, but also the younger players.

Feudal Alloy is an unique game created only by two indie developers. The game is certainly not flawless, but we're still talking about a very good Metroidvania, which you'll doubtlessly enjoy. This robotic adventure is at times so enjoyable, that you'll even overlook some of its obvious problems.

Even with this re-release, In the Raven Shadow still suffers from the same faults. But thanks to its impeccable humor and great voice acting of Jiří Lábus, it remains enjoyable even today.

Songbird Symphony is a simple title aimed at the younger audience that offers a slightly infantile story that tries to offer moral lessons and beautiful environments and worlds. Veteran gamers probably won't be challenged very much, but even they could enjoy the excellent musical numbers.

Zombie Army 4: Dead War isn't without its faults, but mostly it's engaging and brutal in the right way. However, the core concept that has been with us since Left 4 Dead could definitely use some innovations and we can't tolerate the lack of ideas forever.

Although with a competent team you can beat the game in an afternoon, Minecraft Dungeons can offer countless hours of entertainment with plenty of replay value. It's not a game of the year candidate by any stretch, but it serves as a proof that the blocky universe can work with other genres.
