Masterpiece - Red Dead Redemption 2
Nov 23, 2018

To Red Dead Redemption

Masterpiece - Elden Ring
Mar 4, 2022

The Elden Ring, at first, fails to describe itself and you feel that it is losing part of the Souls temperament but very quickly it gives you the biggest awareness slap you have received from a video game. Until you recover, you have entered deeply and violently into the most important and immersive world that the medium has known in recent years.

Masterpiece - God of War Ragnarök
Nov 3, 2022

God of War: Ragnarok is the definition of a sequel and the ultimate advertisement for what videogames have come to. It's the block buster that puts to shame similar productions in other entertainment industries.

Resident Evil 4 Remake is undeniably one of the best remakes we've seen in recent years and one of the cases that helped to show even to the most skeptical (yes, I'm talking about me) the greatness of Sinji Mikami and his then golden team's work. Without get rid all of its vulnerabilities, the remake brings one of the greatest video games of all time beautifully into 2023.

Masterpiece - Starfield
Sep 14, 2023

Starfield is a grandiose, overambitious game that doesn't win you over quickly, but when it does, it does so in a bombastic way. It is a huge journey, full of experiences, full of stories, against the backdrop of vast space and the common denominator of man, his beliefs, his ideals and his passionate need to know what is out there. Defects, The shortcomings and complaints are outweighed by the rest of the total, since at the end of the day, you crave the time to open your console, your PC and discover a little more of this universe. Give it your time, take off company labels, ignore marketing and silly console wars. Starfield is a great game not to be missed.

Worth your time - Demon's Souls (2020 Remake)
Nov 26, 2020

The remake of Demon's Souls can now enter the "pantheon" of the greatest remakes in the history of the medium. It offers a genuine, hardcore experience that respects the original creation, without seriously harming the trunk and character of Miyazaki's masterpiece.

Worth your time - Sackboy: A Big Adventure
Nov 27, 2020

Sackboy: A Big Adventure, although it initially didn't wink at me, ultimately disproved me in the most humiliating way. Sumo Digital's platformer brought back memories of the original LittleBigPlanet and overall delivers a very fun and enjoyable 10 hours, which you can experience together with three other friends.

Worth your time - It Takes Two
Apr 9, 2021

Worth your time - Returnal
May 2, 2021

Returnal is an inhospitable, hardcore and highly addictive rogue like shooter that is a contender for game of the year early on. Unfortunately, it is not a title that everyone can enjoy, since it belongs to a very "difficult" category that requires a lot of dedication from the players. In addition, I consider it a bad move by Sony to price this release at €80, not because it is not worth it, but because this amount is not consistent with the indie heart that beats inside...

Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut is not just an upgraded version of Sucker Punch's excellent game, but it also brings to the table some very welcome additions. Apart from the technical improvements, it stands out for the new, very interesting main story expansion that I think every fan of the base game should experience.
