Star Ocean: First Departure R is a beautiful retro game, but at the same time, it does almost nothing to get up to speed on the current gen, making it almost impossible to recommend to anyone unkown to the series.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is one of the best Dragon Ball games out there, but leaving behind the Dragon Ball name, it's one of the most generic and uninspired titles out there and could have benefitted greatly with a little more time in the oven.

78 / 100 - Hunt: Showdown

HUNT: Showdown has the potential to be one of the very best FPS/horror games out there, but the initial content is not enough to keep the player engaged for long periods of time.

86 / 100 - Nioh 2
Mar 10, 2020

Despite treading on some very familiar ground, Nioh 2 is a worthy successor of the original game. Fans of the first Nioh should definitely not skip this.

65 / 100 - Bleeding Edge
Apr 1, 2020

Bleeding Edge is not what you would normally expect from Ninja Theory, and it's hard to imagine why they would choose to work on this title instead of focusing on their other, more important, IPs.

Nioh 2: The Tengu's Disciple is a very short experiencie that tries to tell a whole story, but at the same time it acknowledges that it's still missing some parts of the overall narrative. Fans of the base game should definitely give this a go.

80 / 100 - Tell Me Why
Sep 16, 2020

Tell Me Why is just another great adventure on Dontnod's part and his experience in these types of games is clearly reflected here. The Ronan twins are incredible protagonists who will no doubt stick in my memory for quite a while, and the story does a great job of keeping you immersed in mystery, but with a few bumps along the way.
