Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf is a good tactical challenge marred by frustrating mechanics, questionable graphics and dodgy controls. But I had fun with it nonetheless and the card system differentiates it from other turn-based strategy games. Ultimately, your enjoyment may depend entirely on whether or not you have any prior interest in the Warhammer 40k universe.

Lethis: Path of Progress shows some real potential and brims with character but ends up feeling like a struggle against the fiddly controls and the path mechanics seemingly just doing their own thing despite your best efforts ultimately leading to frustration.

Easy to play in short bursts between other, more fleshed out games, Demon Pit doesn't offer anything new or revolutionary and does get repetitive pretty quickly; but what's here is competently presented and can get addictive if you let it. Good to scratch any old school shooter itch you may have.

Crying Suns is a characterful rogue-lite that really sets its sci-fi tone well from the get-go; strong writing and a great soundtrack build the universe while the high stakes nature of every move is engaging and keeps every run as fresh as the last.
