Alien: Isolation was a very positive surprise when it was launched in 2014 and five years later it still is on the Nintendo console. Possibly it is the game that does more justice to the xenomorph franchise, it will know how to keep us in tension and get scared on more than one occasion, although the high duration of the title and the repetition of situations subtract some of them. In spite of everything, if you are a fan of the franchise, and horror games are your favourite genre, do not miss the opportunity.

Space Pioneer is a twin stick shooter that has made its journey from smartphones to consoles properly. Death Stranding is a brave proposal of Hideo Kojima that shakes the foundations of the triple A games with an author's title, where the Japanese creative has had a carte blanche to capture all the creative elements he has wanted and more, and especially giving it a very human touch when sharing with the player his own experiences and his fear of loneliness. Audiovisually impeccable, the game is not without problems, although it is not uncommon to minimize them if we get gripped by the true essence of the title: CONNECT

Dark Devotion is a good successor of the school formed from the work of From Software, but who knows how to leave his own mark with the inclusion of rogue like and random game mechanics, which will become a nightmare for the player, a delicious nightmare and rewarding if in addition to be successful with the difficulty, we do it to bad luck too. Small details do not let the game shine more, such as bored secondary missions, or a half-resolved control, with some movements too slow.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince, in addition to causing us an unexpected surprise when it was announced, has returned coming back to the right path that perhaps should not have left in the third part. Evolving all the good things about Trine 2, but borrowing the qualitative improvement from the audiovisual section of Trine 3, we find a beautiful game, with a very well-designed gameplay that will delight anyone who comes close to it.

Moons of Madness brings us Lovecraftian terror on Mars, a curious combination that works very well, and that will delight fans of the genre. The first-person adventure lacks exploration and is forced to a linearity that will subtract tension from the action, something unhealthy for a horror game. In spite of this we will live some moments of nightmare, a good story, and a very well achieved atmosphere that will invite us to continue until the end.

WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship is far from perfect, the technical part has shadows and lights, although the developer has opted for a fairly stable performance, which is ultimately what we need for the game to provide a satisfactory experience. The multiplayer facets of the title have also been sacrificed, but its single-player content is still very complete and will provide us with many hours of entertainment, especially the Career mode. In addition the game is fully configurable to be demanding with the expert and friendly with the new user to the genre. Kylotonn is on the right path with his journey on Nintendo Switch.

Rebellion brings us a version of the third part of his star franchise to the Nintendo Switch, and does it as completely as possible, with all the DLC content released to date, and with a technical part that shows that it has received enough polishing. There is still some things to sort, like the inconsistent enemy AI, but despite this, the game is perfectly enjoyable and occupies a gap in the catalog of the console that needed to be covered.

Knights of Tartarus is a classic turn based RPG with a technical section that emulates the 8 bits of the Game Boy Color. Strongly inspired by Dragon Quest and Link's Awakening, it run the risk that the novelties it brings will be diluted between too many déjà vus, although this does not undermine his quality. The developer could has worked more in the interaction with the NPCs but in general the result is satisfactory and recommended by every fan of the genre, especially in the classical aspect.

War Tech Fighters is a 3D space shooter of mechas as protagonists, which has its great incentive in its ease of handling, a well-measured action, a fairly high level of customization, several game modes, and although visually it's enough, the performance in certain moments could be better. Still, a great space epic awaits us if we decide to use our War Tech to fight the evil Zatros Empire.

Forgotton Anne is a game that will make us fall in love with the visuals and will attract us with his plot and narrative. Join Anne in Forgotten Lands in this precious adventure while we try to do what we think is right to return home. Despite the small problem with control, the other areas are brilliants and make Anne's adventure a game that everyone should give a chance.

Indivisible is an amalgam of genres that work quite well, especially platforms and the RPG. While the platforms work perfectly, the RPG part is much simpler and more superficial, almost exclusively restricted to combat, and without emphasizing the plot or character development. Despite this, and thanks also to a brilliant audiovisual section, and some game mechanics, make Indivisible a veryfun and interesting game.

Ghost Blade HD is a vertical action shoot 'em up of the bullet hell sub genre. It is quite remarkable despite not highlighting anything in particular, but it is well built and enjoys a very balanced difficulty. Ideal as a entry to the genre, it will allow you to learn to play, before leaving yourself in the middle of hell.

The fusion of genres in They Are Billions is brilliant, very solid and fun. It is also a game that does not make concessions in terms of difficulty, but that is fair to the player, since it depends on him being prepared for each zombie wave. Recently console versions got the same Story Mode than PC by a free update. Any lover of RTS, should try the game.

Effie is an action adventure and platforms game with a classic flavor. His argument does not shine for his originality, and his duration isn't very long, but the sensations of being playing something similar to the games in which it is inspired is palpable, and that is an achievement for a modest game like Effie. If you missed those classics games, Effie is your chance.

Firewatch is a perfectly written narrative adventure with an ideal rhythm. We will accompany Henry in his new work, which he use to escape from his real life, and establish an important and emotional connection with our boss Delilah, while we face a mystery and a fire, each more frightening. However, nothing is as it seems. Highly recommended.

Flying Girl Striker is a shoot'em up 3D on rails that has made the way from mobile platforms to Nintendo Switch in the worst possible way, without adapting the game economy of a monetized Free to Play, to a game without microtransactions. Pure arcade, without argument, and quite generic, but in spite of everything, fun at the time of play, especially for short sessions.
