On the surface, an old school platformer, very complete and with a level design focused on offering a perfectly scaled challenge. But digging a little deeper, it has much more, creating a tremendously original fantasy world that is governed by a well thought out base and numerous characters that you end up getting attached to.

8.5 / 10.0 - Citizen Sleeper
May 11, 2022

Science fiction with themes of capitalism, identity, and oddly enough, mostly cozy characters in an environment that is not. Jump Over the Age's second title launches a unique experience with board game touches, focusing on relationships with other characters and a sense of belonging with a narrative so direct that it touches the heart in more than one of its multiple plots.

8.5 / 10.0 - Halo Infinite
Dec 23, 2021

Halo Infinite is a good title, with a fairly correct story that opens a bridge of possibilities to a saga that will be infinite. The gameplay (and especially gunplay) is so much fun that it is what many other shooters should aspire to, and the mechanics have been innovated with very good taste.

An astral journey without leaving your cave, touching on sensitive and societal issues using shamanism as a springboard to converse and meet a tribe of anthropomorphic animals, helping them deal with their problems up to points that would escape from our hands.

8.5 / 10.0 - Encased
Sep 11, 2021

An RPG and sci-fi game that, in retrospect, works as well now as it would have 10 years ago. An aboserbent world with many possibilities that doesn't need to innovate much to give a more than acceptable experience for those looking to get lost in a CRPG.

A fusion of genres, hack and slash and rhythm, which feed back seamlessly into super fun, accessible and challenging musical combat, all accompanied by a most charming cast of characters. Hi-Fi Rush is living proof that a tight, well-polished gameplay design can be enough to achieve greatness.

TRAGsoft organizes a fantastic and curious Pokémon-like that is both friendly and challenging to players; That keeps many basics but innovates with original details in gameplay and art design; That follows a simple and enjoyable story line for anyone.

Anime-style space opera full of space adventures, archaeological myths and mysteries, impossible connections between humans and a young love as awkward as it is beautiful, all narrated with a near-perfect audio design and script.

Wasteland third entry has lots of great role playing, turn based action and decision making, only overshadowed by some technical issues.

9.5 / 10.0 - Signalis
Oct 31, 2022

A survival horror familiar and unknown in equal parts, playing with the limits of terror through a very hard story of separation and reunion. The mystery and suspense trap you around a dark sci-fi atmosphere that draws heavily from Silent Hill and various other works of psychological and raw horror.

A game that everyone should try and reflect with every argument it drops left and right. The philosophical theme, the daring script, the melancholy of its art, the theatrical interpretation of each scene... all these are points that Nier:Automata reaches with a unique personality like few video games. In addition, The End of the YoRHa Edition more than fulfills what is expected as a Switch port.

One of the best JRPGs on the market, with an Atlus that has managed to balance the expectations of new and old players in a very demanding but fair game, fresh and ironically somewhat continuist, with a balance that can please all fans of the genre.
