Ghost Trick: Ghost Detective revitalizes us and offers a new opportunity to enjoy a fabulous game with more than 13 years behind it. Now in high definition as well as multiplatform, thus being accessible to all users of a home or portable system. An adventure with a very interesting story and characters with strong charisma that will inevitably make us feel affection for them, without a doubt, the strong point of the game. Its impeccable artistic section is not far behind, forcing us to emphasize that both its refresh rate, a constant 60 FPS, which makes its animations even more dazzling, together with its 1080p graphics, make it a visual marvel. A game in which ingenuity and observation will be necessary through 18 chapters that will keep us busy for a minimum of 13-14 hours, with some postgame unlockable extras that will offer us a little more fun with which to squeeze the title once finished.

Sonic Origins Plus is an even more definitive version of all those classic games that defined Sega's mascot as we know it today. Now with 16 games from the old Game Gear to his credit and that will surely make us remember old times. Let's not forget that it also includes the DLC packs that were released separately with the base game last year, plus the ability to play Amy Rose in all installments and Knuckles the Echidna on Sonic CD. A juicy treat for every fan only darkened by the absence of the original songs from some phases of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, a real shame to lose songs like the one from Ice Cap Zone, possibly one of the best of that installment.

Aliens: Dark Descent takes us back to James Cameron's terrifying cinematic universe, this time away from the action and focusing on real-time strategy. We have to admit that a strategy game set in this world is an excellent idea, and Tindalos Interactive has been able to carry it out successfully. However, we must add that as a strategy game it can become very difficult, which can lead more than one to abandon it in the early stages of the game, in addition to the fact that it has thousands of options that can become overwhelming in At first, surely playing on PC and with a mouse and keyboard, things would change a lot. The in-game graphics engine is quite good, since in the distance we will feel that feeling of overwhelm and tension with which the xenomorph feature films enjoy, however, the facial animations of the close-ups of the characters when something happens leave much to be desired of history, quite robotic and stiff. For the rest, Aliens: Dark Descent is a good strategy game that we will enjoy if we are fans of the Alien universe and arm ourselves with a lot of patience.

We can say, without a doubt, that F1 23 is once again crowned king in terms of Formula 1 simulation games. After playing with a friend who has never had experience in games of this type, he told me that he felt really comfortable and that he had a great time playing in his casual mode, an experience that I thought could overwhelm him and that ended up being the opposite, a very comfortable, accessible and above all very fun afternoon. The Braking Point 2 mode is a hit, since, apart from pure and hard competition, its objective game system, beyond being among the first, makes the experience very interesting as well as satisfying to play. If we add all this to the drama that the rival protagonists experience behind the scenes in a television documentary plan and the recovery of characters from season 1, the final result is a most interesting cocktail. Special mention of its large number of game modes, both competitive and cooperative, in addition to the use of driver and team licenses, a mixture that results in an amalgamation that makes this game a very good sports experience, if not the best, of F1 , simply the definitive simulator of this genre. A game that becomes essential in any library of sports game lovers and whose only drawback is the poor facial animations of some of its characters, which are overshadowed by the spectacular visual aspect of the single-seaters, the true protagonists of this title. , together with the micropayment rate, an incomprehensible practice and that despite being cosmetic additions, are only accessible with real money instead of in-game. In short, a game that will give us many hours of fun with its numerous game modes and its multiplayer (online and offline).

Capcom surprises us by providing us with a new installment of the saga with Street Fighter VI. On this occasion, the company goes a step further, showing us that it is still capable of innovating in a genre that seemed somewhat stagnant with its wonderful World Tour mode. Apart from this, it continues to offer us hilarious and varied "old school" combat to enjoy thanks to the large number of options and modes available with which to customize the combat. A game to enjoy alone thanks to its Arcade and World Tour modes or in company fighting against another player, either online or local. A game that any fighting game lover should have in their game library.

After almost three decades behind it, Nightdive Studio revives System Shock, a much-loved cult game that, this time, is presented to us as a remake (remember that there is also an Enhanced version that is more visually faithful to its original), preserving its game mechanics and adapting them to current ones, all programmed with Unreal Engine 4 with updated graphics in high definition according to current standards. It also has a very interesting interface, which makes all the addons look spectacularly good, updated controls and a soundtrack and voices that make walking the citadel and facing the horrors sent by SHODAN even more immersive than ever. A very entertaining adventure, especially for lovers of shooters and exploration, that although it can be finished in 6 hours on its lowest difficulties and knowing what to do, it can take substantially longer on its highest difficulties.

It was difficult, but Nintendo has managed to offer us again an outstanding adventure of The Legend of Zelda. Without shaking his pulse, he has taken his previous installment and they have polished the defects that he had to offer us a wonderful experience and an essential title for any player, even if he is not a fan of the saga. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom expands the Breath of the Wild universe and more, offering us tens of hours of fun that increases exponentially if we are curious people and/or completionists, the title being able to extend from the 55 hours that the central plot can take us ( yes, without deviating too much), until 150-200 if we seek to do everything.

Nintendo has surprised us by revitalizing one of its most beloved (and forgotten) sagas at the turn of the millennium. After 15 years of absolute silence and a delay of more than a year (presumably because it is a war game and out of respect and solidarity with Ukraine due to the conflict it is in), it offers us a remake that knows how to make us enjoy almost the same as the first time, but with graphic and sound improvements to keep up with current standards. An essential game if you are a lover of turn-based strategy games with which you will have a great time both alone and in company, thanks to its different multiplayer modes and with some additional additions that make the adventure a little more affordable, such as the possibility of restart the turn if we have made a bad move by moving a unit in the wrong way. Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp will entertain us with its more than 40 hours of gameplay just playing its two campaigns, hours that increase considerably if we want to unlock everything or complete its challenges.

The Burning Shores DLC offers us a way to put an end to Horizon Forbidden West which, in addition to serving as an epilogue to that adventure that ended so abruptly, hastily and with a terrible cliffhanger, also serves as a prologue to what is yet to come while we wait for its long-awaited third part. In summary, a new content that prepares us for what will be the future of the series and provides us with various brushstrokes about what the starting point of it will be like. It also gives us new locations, characters, enemies, weapons and resources, as well as delving into one of the tribes introduced in its second part and about which we know so little, the Quen. A large new area to go through and an adventure whose main campaign will easily take us to 10 hours long, yes, as long as we stick to the main mission and do not get sidetracked with errands or secondary missions, things that can double DLC time easily.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a fun and recommendable ARPG game set in the world of League of Legends, just like we could see with the popular Netflix series Arcane, only this time we'll experience the events embodying Sylas, learning more about his past, about his ambitions and his goals. A game with great and careful graphic and sound sections, as well as a story that can be played perfectly even if we are not fans of the franchise, since it becomes quite interesting and encourages the player to continue playing to discover all its secrets and explaining the plot. all those important details of the LOL world.

Beyond Contact presents us with an interesting survival game whose cornerstone is based on scanning, crafting and building with a simple initial plot as a trigger base and a gameplay that will make time go by very quickly. If you like games of this type, Beyond Contact is, without a doubt, an option to take into account; even more so if we like futuristic and science fiction games. A very entertaining game with many interesting options, such as its online multiplayer mode, and with a great future to come, since from options we can see how there are two other planets to explore with a great and promising "coming soon". Seeing how the product has been cared for and changed since its early access came out two years ago, it is a very promising future for this survival game with 3D graphics in top view.

Grimgrimoire OnceMore will allow us to enjoy Vanillaware's debut, a studio that has brought us authentic works of art, especially on an artistic level, such as Odin's Sphere, Dragon's Crown or the recent and magnificent 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim . This case is no exception, since it is noticeable that, despite the simplicity of its mechanics, it is a game that has its own charm and a certain magic that traps the player, encouraging him to reveal its secrets and unravel its plot. A fun adventure whose conclusion is around 15 hours, depending on how skilled we are, and whose difficulty will oscillate between very simple combats and real nightmares, which will force us to lower the difficulty or fill the skill tree to advance. A highly recommended game, especially for strategy lovers, with a lot of personal charm and charisma.

Curse of the Sea Rats offers us an interesting metroidvania type title touring a mysterious Caribbean island surrounded by mysteries, magic, action and colorful characters. To do this, we will make use of one of four available heroes, each with their own movements and abilities; and we say "one" although in reality they can be up to 4 simultaneously, thanks to its cooperative option locally, one of the strong points of the title, without a doubt. An adventure whose graphic aspect first draws attention for how beautiful it is, thanks to its hand-drawn characters, its detailed settings and its "pirate" soundtrack, but which is nothing more than a claim for what ends up being a very fun and entertaining to play and that will inevitably captivate us during the almost 4 hours that it can take to finish it for its first ending, and that will last up to 6 hours if we want to discover all the mysteries of the island and its other endings.

We find ourselves with a game for lovers of retro challenges and peculiar and somewhat more demanding metroidvanias than average. A game that, although it can be very demanding, is not unfair and will entertain us for the almost 5 hours it takes us to complete it, depending, of course, on our ability.

The Crown of Wu offers us a trip to a futuristic reinvented China where myths and tradition have evolved along with technology, resulting in a rather interesting conglomerate. An entertaining adventure in which we will help Wu, the emperor's former herald, on his redemption journey to stop Zhu, the villain on duty. A curious mix that results in a Playstation Talents that, despite being sparing in action, is very fun to play and will make us rack our brains solving the odd puzzle that it has. An adventure that will entertain us during the almost 7 hours that it lasts.

Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon brings us back to the most famous Umbra witch in the world in a somewhat peculiar spin-off that is far away from that wild action vídeo games we are usted to. This time, we will control a rookie, young and inexperienced Cereza before becoming the Bayonetta we all know and love in a top-down adventure where she will simultaneously cooperate with the demonic Cheshire cat solving puzzles, exploring and collaborating to eliminate enemies. A dynamic that may seem very crazy at first but quickly becomes very dynamic and fun. This game is deceiving at first glance, because although it seems like a minor title, it is actually a delivery made with great care and attention that provides us with very entertaining and fun moments. An adventure that will captivate us during the approximately 8 hours that it lasts with continuous exploration, action and puzzle solving, some constants that interchange with a synergy that will make it impossible to get bored.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse allows us to finally enjoy the terrifying fourth installment of the franchise, the only one that had remained exclusively in Japan and almost 14 years after its release on Nintendo Wii. An adventure that, without being one of the most terrifying, is very fun to play and presents us with a renewed and improved atmosphere thanks to a modest remastering and update for current consoles. A game whose transfer from a console like the Wii, with somewhat special controls, weighs heavily, making itself felt especially in things like the camera and its control. However, and without a doubt, it is a very good opportunity for all Western audiences who wanted to enjoy it in their day and could not and that will keep us very entertained during the 13h of play that lasts approximately, yes, completely in English.

Titanium Hound tries to gain a foothold in the genre of 2D retro arcades that make use of pixelart by introducing some original and innovative mechanics, which will surely be loved by some but hated by others. If we add to the garnish the existence of unintuitive puzzles that border on frustration, we will have as a final cocktail a somewhat frustrating game that no longer depends on the player's ability, an almost essential requirement for an action game, leaving everything with a rather cold final feeling. adrenaline lover. An interesting title, especially because of the novelty of its mechanics, which act as a double-edged sword and that surely not everyone will like, and that will entertain us during the barely 3 and a half hours it takes us to complete it. Mention that the game ends abruptly and suddenly, giving a final impression that it has ended quickly and running without polishing many details, such as the recycling of final bosses.

An adventure not very challenging, but fun to play, whose conclusion will take us about 7 hours in its main adventure and barely 2 hours in the case of its epilogue.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty offers us an action game with touches of RPG set in a fictitious end of the Chinese Han dynasty. A soulslike in which learning from our mistakes will be vital for the good future of history. It has a difficulty that dances hand in hand with that frenetic action as well as fun that Team Ninja has accustomed us to. If you like the genre, it is a highly recommended and fun game to add to your collection, since after overcoming its initial peak of difficulty it will become a more affordable option. As a great incentive, mention its online mode, which will allow us to finish the adventure in the company of a friend. Completing the game will be a challenge that will cost us a lot, guaranteeing that it will be a good many hours that will hardly go below 40.
