3.3 / 10.0 - The Legend of Icaro
Nov 20, 2021

‎South America is growing a lot in quality of independent games, without going any further, Blazing Chrome was all a pass and ‎‎Heavy Metal Machines‎‎ another, both made ‎‎in‎‎ this region in the south of the world, and I sincerely believe that Abyzzmo can achieve success with perseverance, but The Legend of Icaro today will not be. Perhaps if it were clarified that the game is in a kind of alpha or beta phase, at most, it could be seen with different eyes, but as a game put on sale it lacks, and a lot.‎

While I was doing this analysis I thought about who I could recommend this game to, and it occurred to me that it could be an option for the little ones in the house who are just launching into the world of video games, since its difficulty is null and visually it is very attractive which can keep children entertained for a long time, unfortunately in this case, being a game entirely in English you may lose something, but outside this scheme I do not see why anyone would invest 10 euros in this production having so many other options available in the market.

6.2 / 10.0 - Faraday Protocol
Aug 19, 2021

‎Faraday Protocol is a very good choice for those who are looking for a puzzle game, although players who are not diehard fans of the genre I think will not enjoy the production as much. Perhaps if ‎‎Red Koi Box‎‎ had added certain elements of shooters taking advantage of the perspective and the tool that ‎‎accompanies ‎‎us during the game, even with the addition of enemies and other variants, the game would cover a much larger audience in addition to extending the hours of duration without leaving aside the base of the puzzles that may not be able to sustain itself.‎

‎Despite the fact that its technical section is not up to the current titles, Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunt entertained me a lot and led me to want to surpass myself in each scenario to get several trophies to exhibit in the virtual room that the game creates for that purpose. It would definitely be a lot more enjoyable if some graphical details were superior or if the variety of dinosaurs were greater, but the title is entertaining and simple to play, especially if you have little time during the day to take a quick game between work meetings and other obligations.‎

Reviewing the analysis I see more positive points than negatives, and truth be told, I liked the game. I celebrate that there are more wrestling games, more arcades and more fighting titles and I think this installment of Yuke's is a good first step, it lacks several blows of oven, but I bet to see more deliveries of AEW in the future with more modes, improved graphics and this same imprint, that of fun above all, which is what the game achieves despite its technical aspect.

7.2 / 10.0 - Crossroads Inn
May 19, 2021

‎It's a shame that this good idea is, at the moment, full of bugs that undermine the gaming experience. The soul of the title is excellent and very original, only perhaps The Sims Medieval raised something a bit similar at the time, so if ‎‎the developers of Kraken Unleashed‎‎ manage to polish a little more some details and vary some features, this could be a reference game for a subcategory within the business management and life simulation productions.‎

7.2 / 10.0 - Balan Wonderworld
Apr 5, 2021

‎Balan Wonderworld has things to be an excellent 3D platform title, of those that are much needed these days, however those elements are very abstract, offline with each other and feel wasted. Is it a bad game? No, not at all, but if you consider the trajectory of the members of the developer team, it could be much more, although for a first adventure the game meets what it promises without standing out too much. ‎

7.2 / 10.0 - Struggling
Sep 23, 2020

Chasing Rats and Frontier bring us Struggling, a game where control becomes primordial in our goal to guide our "hero" Troy to freedom. An original, provocative and very funny title.

73 / 100 - Kona II: Brume
Nov 30, 2023

I think that Kona II: The Brume is a title that can be of great interest to survival horror fans in general and in particular to players who have enjoyed the first installment. I think that the Canadians of Parabole managed to improve what they already did in the first installment, but they stopped too long to expand the fights that were not the core of the story and are not, either, the main reason why players of the genre choose the titles in it.

73 / 100 - VISCO Collection
Oct 26, 2023

An excellent opportunity to enjoy seven classic games without leaving your Xbox, or looking for emulators, roms and other tools. The compilation is good, with a varied selection to appeal to different types of players, although it could have differed a little more in some cases such as FlipShop and Bang Bead, or included more games, although the price/product ratio I think is in favor of the player.

73 / 100 - Trepang2
Oct 19, 2023

Trepang Studios' title has the potential to capture that audience orphaned by simple, action-packed stories that seem almost exclusive to another era. Trepang2 carries a name that may not attract attention, but it is undeniable that many players will be captivated by its nostalgic proposal of FPS from the 2000s and its formula of constant action despite some quite visible flaws.

7.3 / 10.0 - Empire of Sin
Dec 16, 2020

A few details here and there would have made the Empire of Sin experience much better, but the truth is that I can't say that the title is bad either, rather the opposite, it's just a pity that an idea that sounds great on paper misses a little in mechanics and in neglect of certain trifles. However, I think that this new work by Romero Games can lay the foundations for a future part two with many of the improvable elements that we name already modified and the same essence, because Empire of Sin is really a good game, only that it has potential for be so much more than just good.

A more than correct debut of the Company of Heroes franchise on Xbox and further proof that real-time strategy games are not the heritage of PC and can work very well on other platforms with due adaptation work. This third installment of the IP with its classic proposal and its innovative additions can welcome several players to a genre that often seems inaccessible to those who have just ventured into it. Welcome to Xbox, Company of Heroes 3, we were waiting for you.
