Critic Reviews for Faraday Protocol
Faraday Protocol is a very good choice for those who are looking for a puzzle game, although players who are not diehard fans of the genre I think will not enjoy the production as much. Perhaps if Red Koi Box had added certain elements of shooters taking advantage of the perspective and the tool that accompanies us during the game, even with the addition of enemies and other variants, the game would cover a much larger audience in addition to extending the hours of duration without leaving aside the base of the puzzles that may not be able to sustain itself.

Faraday Protocol checks the most important checkboxes of the genre: easy to learn mechanics, puzzles that become harder and harder, stylish art style and a few collectibles. Still, you cannot help but wonder why you have the feeling that the game is a bit empty. Despite the AI and your limited interaction with it, most of the time you will feel alone, in a world that is so focused on puzzles that it feels synthetic.
Faraday Protocol is an interesting first-person puzzle game that has an intriguing storyline and puzzles to challenge your brain. The unique combination of futuristic visuals and Egyptian themed elements creates a mysterious and unique world for you to explore.
3D retro-futuristic puzzler, inspired by Egyptian culture, calls upon you inner Indiana Jones to rediscover mysterious story hidden behind glorious golden visuals.

Faraday Protocol has the key elements to be an excellent challenge but it stumbles on its repetitiveness and short duration. Besides that, the story, which had everything to be promising, misses the opportunity. Even so, this is a game that fans of enigmas and platforming can enjoy with no qualms.

At its core, Faraday Protocol does what it needs to as a puzzler and has all the necessary elements to deliver a compelling experience, but it needs refinement in a few other aspects before it can really shine. I would’ve loved to see a more cohesive tutorial system for guidance, and maybe some more sprinkles of story stuff scattered around. As it stands, if you’ve got the time to sort out the hows and whys to the game’s many mechanics, I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t give Faraday Protocol a good old college try.
Faraday Protocol tried to go straight to the point, offering a good selection of puzzles, though they aren't varied. Besides that, the narrative ends up being sacrificed so the game can focus on the action. Unfortunately, what could have been a virtue ends up being its Achilles' heel as it does exactly what it proposes while leaving behind a feeling that it should have done much more.
