If you're looking for something creative specifically to play with a group of friends, locally or over a network, then PixelJunk Scrappers Deluxe is a great choice. It's a shame that the rhythm drops so much if we try to enjoy it alone.

Mr. Run and Jump manages to blend the vibe of old platformers with modern elements without really appealing to nostalgia. Even with its high difficulty right from the start, it's a great title for those who just want to enjoy a good old-fashioned challenge.

Ray’z Arcade Chronology is a series that fit the HD treatment well. It was innovative in its time and still is an excellent choice for those who love Taito's classic shoot ‘em ups. Keeping the collection from being impeccable, this edition doesn't highlight the console versions of the trilogy and all the options they offered, and it could have invested in its historical value, sharing a little more of the Ray franchise's trajectory.

Gimmick! Special Edition brings an interesting charm with the global ranking to a title known by few. Still, it's worth giving it a chance, mainly because of its gameplay, which remains different even today.

PowerWash Simulator does manage to be interesting and even intriguing, with the proposal to clean different places, and it's something to be played with no urgency to finish. The visuals show a surprising amount of care when portraying places full of details, but the lack of musical support to break the irritation of the washing machine's sound and the repetitiveness of objectives abruptly affect the experience provided.

Crash Team Rumble offers a lighthearted, fun idea but it's hindered by little initial content and it made achieving the available prizes a repetitive chore. Even so, it's an excellent alternative for those who always wanted to try out an arena game but never found a friendly choice.

AEW: Fight Forever came with good intentions, but it needed to have more practice before stepping into the ring. Even though it brings a totally different proposition compared to any recent WWE, its various problems and weak content make it a game that will not even pass the door of the Hall of Fame.

Getting angry at the difficulty of Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine is something that comes with the package, and there are certainly those who love it and those who hate it. The fact is that they managed to put the same spirit of adventure games into a Tetris-like game, making it very attractive for those who like the troublesome meat cube universe. That's not an easy task, but one that this game managed to accomplish very well.

Bringing back We Love Katamari REROLL + Royal Reverie is a great decision, as well as a very safe one. If the original version was already excellent, the visual and practical improvements are welcome, but there was certainly room to take more effective advantage of the content expansion. In addition, both this port and its predecessor show that it is high time for the royal family of Todo o Cosmos to return in an new title, taking advantage of the full potential of the current generation of consoles.

Street Fighter 6 came to be a definite turning point not just for the series, but for fighting games in general. Both the experience for those who want to enjoy it alone and for those who want to spend hours in network disputes leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, and that makes SF return to the level of excellence in the genre that it should never have failed to present.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun isn't here to tell a story, but to offer chaotic fun, something it does very well. The game's straightforward nature isn't an issue and makes it an ideal title for players missing the FPS classics, or rather, the Boomer Shooters.

Protodroid DeLTA don't try to hide that it's based entirely on Mega Man, but that doesn't mean it's lazy. The good sequences of challenges make it ideal for those who missed the genre.

Raiden III x MIKADO MANIAX invested in an interesting point, revitalizing the soundtrack. They certainly gave the title a fresh air, but some visual upgrades, especially in the screen positioning and filters would also have come in handy. Even so it doesn't stop being a relevant classic for fans of the genre.

SkateBIRD could have improved its physics and fixed problems that have been present since its first release. Still, the content additions that have been made and its natural charisma make it worth a few hours of gameplay.

LEGO 2K Drive is something grand and fun with its colorful open world and destructive races. Handling the car may be hard at first but it will soon stop being an issue. The big question really are the microtransactions limiting the way we can enjoy all the content the game has to offer.

Herodes manages to be interesting enough to hold the player's attention, even though it's quite short. The idea of navigating through the human body is pretty cool, even more so with a ship, to the point that the slight sins of the game are forgiven. However, it also wouldn't be bad if this idea was expanded into a better-crafted title, especially in the sound part.

Humanity offers a quality and creative challenge, without inventing too much fashion or complex gimmicks. It is based purely on the insight of those in control and still brings a background that manages to be engaging and consistent with the proposal. The icing on the cake is the endless replay factor with community projects that can be shared freely, making it an almost mandatory game for anyone who likes to spend a good time solving puzzles

Bend the Roo'les is still a nice addition to Kao the Kangaroo, but as I've said before, it keeps stumbling over basic stuff. For those who don't have the game yet, picking up the full package might be a good idea. Other than that, expansion fails to be a good reason to return to Hopalloo Island.

Zool Redimensioned is still an interesting revival, especially since it is one more of Sonic and Mario's competitors that didn't stand out among the two titans. His style and gameplay may be dated, but that doesn't stop the ninja from Dimension N from having his charm.

We live in an age in which streaming platforms already offer interactive productions with high quality. Thus, Mia and the Dragon is a let down from what it could have been. Even though its concept is less dynamic than most [game] genres, the experience offered here of 'controlling a movie' could have been richer and further developed.
