Shadow Heritage continues the style set by the first episode, with a new Order to hunt down, a continued story with Darius and his son/daughter and new goodies te play with. The new Order isn't as intimidating however and the story-area is quite small.

Just Cause 4 is the perfect example of what Just Cause is. The action is over-the-top and amazing, but the story is really thin and missions get repetitive. If you love the explosive gameplay however, you are set for a perfect vacation.

Call of Cthulhu is an interesting retelling of H.P. Lovecrafts famous story. The game mixes aspects of detective- and horror games and does it well. Fear plays an extra factor as well throughout the story. The fun only gets spoiled by some small mistakes.

Origins was a great game, but Ubisoft exceeded expectations with its successor. The story is long and personal with many choices to make, it’s your own odyssey. Greece is huge and detailed, so it’ll take some time before you're done with the game. That’s nothing but positive.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 went back to the roots of the original. The gameplay has stayed nearly the same after nine years, with the exception of the new Grenadier class, but it still stands as firm as a rock. If you enjoyed the original, you will enjoy VC4.

Divinity Original Sin II Definitive Edition is a near perfect RPG. It does everything well, from story, characters, combat, dialog and of course co-op. The refinements also make the game accessible for a much broader audience that need to play this game.

Summerset has a tough challenge to follow in the footsteps of Morrowind. But the expansion delivers with an exciting storyline, an interesting new order to join, loads of new content and a beautiful island. We only hoped the island would be bigger.

Total War Arena is a very different game compared to other Total War-games, but with its fast and tactical gameplay and ten versus ten players it's a good game in its own right. Unfortunately, it's near impossible to keep playing for free and leaves a sour taste.

Curse of the Pharaohs offers an interesting new storyline, focusing on the controversial Akhenaten and Nefertiti. Include that with new abilities, sidequests and characters and you have quite the package for twenty euros.

Age of Empires Definitive Edition is stuck between past and present. On the one hand this is a beautiful remake with nostalgic gameplay, but the problems of the past still plague the game, making the Definitive Edition a shell of its former self.

The Hidden Ones DLC continues where it left off and it's mostly more of the same, which is excellent if you loved Assassin's Creed Origins. We would have liked to see more variety and more beauty in the region, but it's still a must play for the fans.

The one year gap was exactly what Assassin's Creed Origins needed. The game feels fresh, has a new combat system, a great story and looks absolutely stunning. It has the inevitable bugs and crashes, but that doesn't diminish the fun of the game.

Middle-earth Shadow of War is a perfect sequel to Shadow of Mordor. It doubles down on the strengths with a better Nemesis-system, excellent combat system and new areas. The story is not the best out there, but if you liked SoM, you'll love this.

Starcraft Remastered is an ode to the amazing original. Blizzard kept it exactly the same as the old title, which means they both play on the same servers, but it also means old annoyances return. But all in all it's a beautiful update for a true classic.

Valkyria Revolution tries a lot of new things, but loses the Valkyria-soul in the process. The combat system is stuck between action and tactics and the style is completely different. It's only saved by an interesting story and beautiful soundtrack.

The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind is a triumphant return to the island of Vvardenfell. It looks stunning, the story line is interesting, the new Warden class is cool and diverse and there is loads of content. A nearly perfect expansion.

Impact Winter has loads of interesting gameplay elements that blend perfectly together and create a good experience. The tension is excellent as well, but it often gets ruined by annoying bugs. The game also suffers from really bad keyboard controls.

No Compromise should have been the big finale for Watch Dogs 2, but while it starts off strong, soon it falls back to familiar grounds. The Time Trials work badly because of the wonky race mechanics, but the weapons and costumes do save the DLC.

As far as we are concerned, the use of Platinum Games has been a golden move by Yoko Taro. In Nier Automata, the team of the Japanese brain has created a mysterious and beautiful world, with a story in which you constantly doubt yourself. Meanwhile, Platinum Games has delivered a brilliant combat system, complete with extremely smooth animations and surprising depth. The Nier Automata release may fall a bit unhappily between big names like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Horizon: Zero Dawn, but it would be a shame to let this game pass you by.

Tales of Berseria is a surprise. The story and characters are dark, which is not expected of the series. The battle system got an upgrade, but the graphics have hardly improved. If you are looking for tens of hours of fun, this is the game.
