Despite a few design missteps the underlying concept and game is solid and All You Need is Help! is a good example of a chaotic, joyful celebration of teamwork and failure in video games. It’s the kind of game that makes friends and family shout at each other in joy and frustration and creates stories of the fun that was had around the tv whilst playing video games together. While not ground-breaking, its execution is confident and clever, offering enough content to keep groups entertained for a good few games before maybe moving onto something else. If you’ve got three willing players and are craving for some cosy Tetris inspired laughter, this is a must-play. Just don't forget to mute the music and crank up the Spotify Playlist! Right I'm off to bash my gashapon and twist my Tetris piece
What should have been an 8.5/10 experience is, for now, a 7/10. The Siege and the Sandfox has charm, style, and stealthy substance—but it’s held back by just a few technical hiccups and a lack of post-launch support. Still, I had a blast sneaking through its world. This game has bags of character and gameplay worth sinking your snout into.
For fans of the base game, it’s an essential encore. For newcomers, it’s a compelling reason to dive into one of the most stylish and satisfying Soulslikes in recent memory.
Believe the hype. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is as good as you've heard. It's as close to perfect as gaming gets.
Overall I didn't enjoy the collection but I did enjoy the baseball classics. I love these types of collections for giving people who loved these games as a kid new ways to play them in 2025 but this one left me feeling a bit bored.
Rendering Ranger R² [Rewind] for me is a testament to the ingenuity of 16-bit game design from the mid '90s and i'm gutted that I never played it first time around. It's definitely a must-play for all the run n gun maniacs out there and for less than a tenner this is absolute steal for your Nintendo Switch!
Overall, "Atomic Heart: Enchantment Under the Sea" is a riotous sci fi FPS that had me hooked from minute one and has made me promise myself that I will play the original base game before the end of 2025. Of course it's a must-play for fans of the series so far and a solid recommendation to those who enjoy the likes of Bioshock and Wolfenstein.
This is a delightful game that I am glad I jumped into with my arms wide open and my passenger door ajar. If you want to experience something special in the card-based RPG world, then this is the video game for you, my friends.
Under Defeat is a solid addition to the continually growing Nintendo Switch SHMUP library. It's a well-executed port that retains the ballistic awe and intensity of the original arcade game.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins is truly a triumphant return to form for the series which benefits from taking it back to basics whilst combining the best elements of previous DW games with some new flavours, making it a must-play for both fans of the genre and Dynasty Warriors newcomers alike.
Two glass snails, a framed picture of my girlfriend’s nephew, a small model frog, several Christmas tree baubles, and the temporary disablement of my left little finger. This was the price of Attack on Titan VR, the Quest title that’s easily the most physically destructive game I’ve ever played.
