8.5 / 10.0 - Mina the Hollower
Jun 18, 2026

Mina the Hollower can be considered an exceptional action-adventure platformer that, with its stunning artistic approach and superb music, not only tries to pay homage to some of the most prominent classics of the genre, but simultaneously delivers a highly polished and captivating experience. The city of Ossex and its inhabitants bring great vitality to the game's world, and interacting with the various characters can be very pleasing. The gameplay, relying on the principles of Soulslike titles, creates a highly challenging experience that occasionally suffers from imbalance in certain aspects, but remains enjoyable thanks to the solid depth of its systems.

9 / 10.0 - 007 First Light
Jun 13, 2026

007 First Light is one of those games that, after finishing it, makes you think: "Why don't they make more games like this?" It tells a remarkably captivating and engaging Bond story, featuring top-notch voice acting and performances that will keep you hooked from start to finish. Alongside its excellent narrative, the overall gameplay—brimming with stealth, interaction with spy gadgets, infiltration of various locations, and of course, the use of diplomatic and conversational skills—perfectly conveys the authentic feel of a true James Bond experience. Meanwhile, the chaotic action sequences, thanks to a dynamic and intertwined hand-to-hand combat and shooting system, allow you to make decisions on the fly, take action, and eliminate enemies in a variety of exciting ways. Finally, the diverse environments, superb atmospheric design, and iconic soundtrack come together to blend with all other aspects, creating an experience that you won't regret diving into.

8.8 / 10.0 - Pragmata
Apr 27, 2026

Pragmata recalls the boldness and variety of linear titles from past generations. We're dealing with a game that knows what its purpose is and what it wants to be, and for that reason, it sets aside pointless ambitions and excessive bloat to stay focused on its goal. We get an entertaining narrative that, despite being clichéd, does its job well as a secondary priority. On the other hand, the core of this experience, its gameplay is so enjoyable, deep, distinctive, and innovative that it can truly get your heart racing. The unconventional combination of puzzle-solving and shooting, along with a wide variety of weapons, hacking abilities, and strategic flexibility, makes this title one of the most memorable experiences of recent years.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 takes two steps back for every step forward, and it's unclear who it was made for or what purpose. Making some questionable, pointless changes, removing a lot of content, and rewriting some important narrative parts has resulted in a game that not only doesn't carry the identity of the original version, but also violates its own sequel, and therefore will likely discourage many long-time fans.

8 / 10.0 - Total Chaos
Dec 2, 2025

In Total Chaos, we are faced with a captivating story, fascinating world-building, engaging gameplay, and excellent atmosphere. The game's construction system has an exemplary depth that will become your only companion and sympathizer in the isolated world of this work, and the sound design is also a great complement to the horror elements

DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake is a sequel to one of the best remakes of the last few years, this time presented to fans in a more valuable package. The first and second versions of the Dragon Quest series are now presented with the excellent artistic approach of the third remake, and along with it, they host QOLs, improvements and even some new content, while still maintaining their classic and hardcore nature. However, unfortunately, some of the problems of the previous remake have been inherited by this work, which can still spoil the experience. It can be said that DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake celebrates the return of two classic and basic works of the genre, but despite some improvements, it is still aimed more at old fans than anything else, and if you are one of them, you should not miss it.

8.5 / 10.0 - Ninja Gaiden 4
Oct 25, 2025

Ninja Gaiden 4 is a glorious return to one of the most distinctive Hack & Slash franchises, preserving the spirit of the series and taking it a step forward in a modern direction. We are faced with a vibrant, deep and crazy game that offers one of the best combat systems in history. The high depth of the systems and the new features added thanks to the character Yakumo have opened new doors to combining attacks and combos. Thanks to the harmony and coordination of the different combat systems and the various dimensions of the work, the experience of this title is like a bloody dance. In the meantime, the narrative, characters and design of the game environment do not appeal to the heart and sometimes appear superficial. However, the flawless gameplay of this work is so powerful that I suggest you do not miss the experience at all.

8.8 / 10.0 - Tormented Souls 2
Oct 24, 2025

Tormented Souls 2 is a game that doesn't reinvent the formula, but rather improves on the existing roadmap. It's everything you'd expect from a survival horror experience; from the deep, layered exploration and creative puzzle-solving to the immersive atmosphere and natural horror, all working together like a machine in harmony.

8 / 10.0 - Bye Sweet Carole
Oct 15, 2025

Bye Sweet Carole is a good reminder of why indie developers have a special place in the horror genre. We are faced with a game that brings a different experience of fear thanks to its own unique presentation. Relying on the artistic approach of classic animations, utilizing attractive fantasy horror elements and creating creative puzzles, this work has definitely made it memorable and distinctive. Of course, we are not necessarily facing a perfect game; there are various potentials in the gameplay that have not been used, and also some story dimensions are sometimes confusing or redundant. Nevertheless, Bye Sweet Carole is a risky and very respectable experience in the horror genre that is especially recommended to fans of titles like Clock Tower.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is a great game thanks to its many deep systems, a wide variety of Digimon from different eras, and interesting layers of interaction with them. However, in terms of narrative, it doesn't have a deep story or memorable characters. The side content, dungeon design, and some technical issues also prevent the game from reaching its full potential. However, if you're a fan of Pokemon or the Digimon universe, Story Time Stranger is definitely worth a try.

Silent Hill f is everything that should have been to bring the franchise back to its peak. We are faced with a game that innovatively utilizes the principles, rules and identity dimensions of its series and portrays some of them more broadly than before. The game's narrative is engaging, deep and complex, its meaningful symbolism and integrity appear in the dimensions of design and narrative returned, breathtaking atmosphere and wonderful music. Silent Hill f is a bold, intelligent and deep game that tries to try new approaches and move the franchise forward in a meaningful way.

The remake of the first version of The House of The Dead, although not perfect, gave us hope for an interesting sequel, but The House of The Dead 2 Remake is unfortunately everything it should not be. From choosing strange and suboptimal artistic approaches that have led to the weakening of the atmosphere and space of the game, to the removal of many of the QOL features and content of the previous remake. Although the enemies have been restored in a desirable way and the gameplay can also stand out, unfortunately, at the same time, the regressions or numerous mistakes in the technical aspects, sound, music and overall design are also unavoidable. Considering all these definitions, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this remake to anyone.

7.5 / 10.0 - Shadow Labyrinth
Jul 17, 2025

Shadow Labyrinth is a decent Metroidvania experience that doesn't go beyond that. The biggest attraction of this experience is the darker twist it has implemented on the Pac-Man franchise and has been able to create a captivating and mysterious world and story in line with it. On the other hand, the creators' efforts to meaningfully connect this experience with the classic Pac-Man gameplay structure are admirable, and perhaps their creativity in this area can be considered one of the strengths of the experience. The game's combat system, despite various perks, suffers from a lack of variety in weapons and how to interact with this system. Also, the game's sinusoidal performance in implementing some bosses and environments prevents Shadow Labyrinth from standing alongside some of the outstanding works of this genre, but nevertheless, it is still a decent experience that is especially recommended to Pac-Man fans.

Onimusha 2 Remastered Presents numerous improvements, some targeted changes, and new content, Onimusha 2 is a more engaging experience for new audiences and a more accessible experience for old fans to get a sense of nostalgia. Of course, there are some things that this remaster doesn't do well; from the suboptimal performance of the weapon switching mechanism to the discontinuous movements when switching camera angles, all of which prevent this remaster from being considered a full-fledged re-release, but it can still be said that Onimusha 2 Remastered is very much worth experiencing thanks to its engaging gameplay and multi-branching story, and now the game's visual improvements have made these aspects look better than ever.
