With its simple yet challenging gameplay, Cubic Figures is a fun addition to the casual puzzle genre. The game’s content is more than enough for a few hours of fun.
Studies in recent years have shown that puzzles can help improve overall mental abilities and reduce the risk of dementia. So games like Neon Fantasy: Animals can be fun and good for us! Neon Fantasy: Animals is a game with a straightforward premise; however, with its relaxing music and beautiful images, it makes for an excellent casual puzzle game.
PictoPull is a new addition to the block-pulling genre. The game’s simple but challenging gameplay, colourful graphics, and level editor make it a must-play for fans of these kind of puzzles. With over 150 levels and the ability to create and share your own levels, PictoPull offers players endless hours of fun and creativity
Remote Planets offers a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, which is hard to come by in puzzle games. With its challenging puzzles and colourful and charming world, the game is a must-play for fans of Sokoban puzzle games.
In conclusion, I liked Paint by Pixel much more than I expected. The first time I played, I only intended to try it for a few minutes. Instead, I spent almost an hour colouring pixeled hot air balloons and astronauts. It’s a simple premise, but the end result is very relaxing.
In conclusion, Moviehouse – The Film Studio Tycoon is a good game with an interesting premise. It offers a fun and engaging experience, especially for fans of simulation and strategy games. However, several issues, such as the limited control over the movie’s plot and the game’s repetitive nature, can make it boring for some players. Despite its flaws, the game is worth trying. The developers’ continuous dedication to improving it is a promising sign for its future.
In summary, Hoping Forest is a deceptively simple but challenging tile-based puzzle game that takes you on a relaxing journey through a charming forest. Help the little frog find its new home in the forest while listening to some relaxing lo-fi music. With its calm gameplay, low-poly graphics, and soothing soundtrack, Hoping Forest is a game that you won’t regret playing.
While I liked Rescue Agency: The Kidnapper of Happiness, I wish it was a bit shorter. The main story took me about 12 hours to complete, and it started getting repetitive at some point. Each mission (including the main story) can be repeated as often as the player wants so it can get long. Afterwards, there are also additional quests. The Steam game also includes some extras like concept art and soundtrack. One exciting feature is the inclusion of a help button, which shows tactics on how to get through the level. There are Steam achievements, but no trading cards for now. In conclusion, Rescue Agency: The Kidnapper of Happiness is a pretty game with lively and colourful animations, cute characters, and a story and game mechanics that provide a relaxing experience for the players.
A Twisted Tale – Chapter 1 is a fun addition to the adventure genre. The developer has announced plans for six more chapters, each presumably set in a different realm with different characters. I eagerly await Vio’s next adventures.
Historical Fashion Dress Up is a short game that can offer some delightful moments for fans of fashion and history. The artwork is great, and the option to print out the dolls as paper dolls gives us some interesting possibilities, whether for entertaining the kids in our lives while educating them or perhaps for use in some craft projects.
William and Sly is a cozy and relaxing game about exploration and mushroom hunting. It offers a perfect escape for a few hours for any fan of cozy games and foxes.
Quadrium 3 is a nice puzzle that offers enough challenges for a few hours. It looks deceptively simple, but it’s definitely not a game that allows you to be distracted while playing. Still, it can get repetitive, so play in small doses.
Solitaire Quest: Garden Story is a fun game for Solitaire fans. The story is nothing special, but it does give the game some contextuality and explains the need to upgrade the garden. That’s common for games like this one. The star of the game is, without a doubt, the artwork; it’s cosy and beautiful. It’s more appealing than the green backgrounds of the usual solitaire games. If you like solitaire, Solitaire Quest: Garden Story offers more than enough quality and quantity for its price.
Purrfectly Hidden Cats: Kittenwood is the perfect cozy hidden object escape for a few moments during these cold winter months. With its humor and upbeat atmosphere, it is well worth the time.
Harvest Havoc can be a hilariously busy and chaotic farm-themed battle royal. The servers are empty now, but you can connect with friends easily. I am always looking for good online games to play with friends around the globe, and Harvest Havoc fits the bill nicely.
Zooplop certainly surprised me. The gameplay and the art style are straightforward, but the game is fun. It’s almost like cotton candy; no substance, but fun. I don’t see Zooplop having any replay value, and there isn’t much strategy to it; you mash animals together, after all, but it serves its primary function reasonably well: to entertain.
In conclusion, Adore is a game that guarantees a fun experience regardless of your level. It’s easy and intuitive enough for you to learn its mechanics and then tricky enough to be a challenge without boring you. With the weather turning cold, I know I’ll spend many more hours in the world of Adore.
I was looking forward to Agatha Christie – Hercule Poirot: The London Case and was not disappointed. I keep seeing complaints about visual and technical bugs, but in my playthrough, I didn’t experience any major once. Now that the movie Haunting in Venice has also emerged, this Autumn is Hercule Poirot’s. And we still have another game coming in October, Murder on the Orient Express, which promises a slightly different take on the story. It’s an excellent time to be a fan of detective games.
Fishjong 2 is a nice and chill little Mahjong Solitaire game. It will be a relaxing experience for admirers of the genre and casual players.
Moving Through Life is a short game with huge potential. For now, we have no choice in objects and furniture and no choice to change colour palettes or even different furniture styles, but that may change in the future. For now, the game feels a little bit empty. Also, the fact that when you finish the game, you start from the beginning with no chance to replay a specific chapter hurts the replay value of the game. Still, it’s a solid try, and just for that, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
