Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels Reviews
Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is especially aimed at those who have already logged many hours on the title and want additional content. Fans of the famous small car brand will be happy to find some of the iconic models and drive them. Nevertheless, the missions offered are quite repetitive, even if the progression system is well implemented. I would have preferred to have more varied missions while the environments of this new playground are. Not to mention that the vast majority of the cars can be picked up without even accessing the DLC and are not really customizable. Still, I had a lot of fun returning to the title for a few hours. I felt like I was back in childhood again with my little cars.

Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels is yet another excellent DLC dedicated to the Forza arcade franchise. Playground Games has taken one of the third chapter's best-loved add-ons and made it bigger, creating the biggest additional map ever for Forza Horizon. The fun is assured, as is the variety and the chance to drive the crazy fast Hot Wheels.

Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is an excellent expansion, which gives you plenty of nostalgic fun, further enriching an already rich package. It's a real adrenaline-pumping and jaw-dropping graphic extravaganza, as its theme helps Turn10 and Playground's impressive graphics engine to show off its capabilities even more. There are a few flaws, such as the only 10 new vehicles, but overall, we're talking about an expansion that will be loved - expectedly - by Hot Wheels fanatics and fans of arcade racing games in general.

The exploration flaws are only a somewhat minor gripe, considering that the races themselves are some of the best that Forza Horizon 5 has to offer, and the expansion even includes various Hot Wheels pieces for players to create their own events too. Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels already feels like a massive and enjoyable expansion, and hopefully the player-created content will mean there’s even more to look forward to while we wait for the game’s second expansion.
Seeing Bone Shaker and Rip Rod in full-size as I jump 2000 feet through one of if not the best-looking video game landscapes of all time is everything I could have ever dreamed of. If you enjoyed the base game at all then you owe it to yourself to play this expansion.
