This game doesn’t take itself seriously enough at the end to capture the gravitas of something like Casablanca. But it’s reasonably good at being entertaining with all of the constraints it deals with like a small team and being timely.
If we take out the reasons I have mentioned and the fact that the game makes you throw bombs left and right for nothing, we are left with only an interactive visual presentation that makes propaganda for the Russia-Ukraine war. It is understood that the intention of the company is anti-war, but since the product we have is a game, a product must emerge for its needs. For this reason, if the idea sounds interesting to you – and it certainly is – I recommend that you do not try the test version of the game and wait for the full version and get it later.

Death From Above is a fun, fast-paced, and slightly ironic arcade game that offers not only action-packed entertainment but also an interesting social commentary. If you’re looking for a realistic military simulation, you might be disappointed. But if you’re craving intense gameplay, a rock soundtrack, and a dash of dark humor, this game definitely won’t let you down. It’s a title that will appeal not only to action fans but also to those who enjoy games with depth and a touch of exaggeration. Death From Above shows that even a war game can have heart, humor, and a bit of humanity—and, on top of that, contribute to real-world aid in a conflict that’s shaking the world.
