Hidden Cats in Spooky Town
Critic Reviews for Hidden Cats in Spooky Town
I really like these games, and Hidden Cats of Spooky Town especially. The art is lovely, the game is relaxing, the music is nice. It’s overall a pretty clean experience. I only had one small issue while playing: some of the Hidden Kittens on moving objects have kind of small hitboxes, making them hard to click on as they ride away in a balloon or car or whatever. I think that just a tiny bit more wiggle room in those particular hitboxes would make a massive difference in how good this game feels to play. To be honest, that was the only issue I had with Hidden Cats of Spooky Town. I love this little game, and I look forward to whatever beautiful artwork comes next from these very talented artists.
At Gamer Social Club, we consider the Hidden Cats series to be an easy achievement game. That said, I’m always excited for each new installment in this series. With a Where’s Waldo vibe, these games are accessible, enjoyable for players of any age, and a relaxing option if you’re looking for an hour or two of laid-back gaming fun. This version includes plenty of Halloween-themed pop culture Easter eggs, which were a lot of fun to spot throughout the game.I’d definitely recommend this game for players of all ages—it’s especially fun to play with kids in the family!
Nukearts can still improve on some areas for their next works but the simplicity we find in Hidden Cats in Spooky Town is efficient and does the trick. For those who like to search for hidden objects, it will be some comfortable, relaxing fun that's enjoyable to complete.
