Worms Armageddon: Anniversary Edition is a title mainly dedicated to historical fans of the series. The game basically re-presents the original gameplay, aged really well after 25 years. The addition of the old classics is a good cue, as is the chance to relive the entire history of the saga. Those expecting a few more improvements or mode additions will be disappointed. Nevertheless, Worms Armageddon is a title that must be tried at least once in a lifetime. What better occasion than this?

That's right, folks, WORMS is WORMS, and Armageddon is a classic title, which is great to have on the Switch. It's a great game and a lot of fun, especially playing with friends. I was disappointed not to be able to play online, but then again, playing virtually with strangers isn't even the point of this game.

While I can’t say I’m a megafan now after playing this, I’m way happier to say I finally have a Worms game under my belt that entertained me, which I couldn’t say about my last Worms experience; GBA Worms Blast.
