Pinball FX - Williams™ Pinball Volume 8 Reviews
With a mixed trio of tables, Williams Pinball Volume 8 offers an uneven package. Black Knight 2000 is peak '80s fun, but for $14.99, you're hoping for every table to be of comparable entertainment. Earthshaker's big claim to fame is HD Rumble, while Banzai Run is a "growing pains" table-empty and struggling to run on Switch. Wishlist this pack for a future sale, or stick with Pinball FX3.
If you’ve been wanting to see more real-life Williams tables represented in Pinball FX, this is another really great pack of games that’s well worth checking out. If you’ve never played Banzai Run or Earthshaker! before, then you’re certainly in for a treat.
As per usual, I hold out hope that Zen Studios will be able to get ahold of even more properties, including those from companies outside of Williams such as Stern and Gallob. So far, though, their picks have been excellent and Williams Pinball Volume 8 makes Pinball FX even harder to put down.
