Overall, while Kombi is kind of a silly name, in my opinion (for those who don’t know, kombi is a word for a van or station wagon, taken from German), it’s a great game. I really like the visuals, the polish of the movements and the sliding, the overall feel of the puzzles, the backgrounds, and the puzzles themselves. This is another win for developer Kouzii in my book. Like Gridlink, I found Kombi really fun and a challenging but simple puzzle game. It took a bit to get a firm grip on how to solve these puzzles, but it got more and more fun as I continued to play. Overall, if you enjoy math puzzles, you’ll probably dig Kombi as much as I did. It’s so hard but easy to pick up and put down when you have a free minute. If I had to compare the two of them, I think I still like Gridlink better, but Kombi is still a great game. And you can’t beat a great game that is also free. So, if you like puzzle games with numbers, you should give this fun little puzzle game called Kombi a try.
