Critic Reviews for BrokenLore: FOLLOW
BrokenLore: FOLLOW is a great addition to the horror genre, and a fairly entertaining game, provided you can ignore its flaws that could derail your experience.
BrokenLore: FOLLOW feels a little too similar to the last entry, but despite some frustrating sections it does still feature some great horror.
BrokenLore: FOLLOW is a short but fun little teaser for future episodes in the series. While it isn't as strong as its predecessor, UNFOLLOW, fans will still enjoy stepping back into Anne's story and taking yet another step toward unraveling the greater mystery at play. This truly is a title for those already invested, however, so newcomers should start somewhere else—ideally with LOW.
BrokenLore: FOLLOW isn't really a game about horror at all but rather one about psychological pressure, and the game isn't trying to scare you all the time. Instead, it just keeps you under constant pressure, which becomes progressively uncomfortable over time.
BrokenLore: FOLLOW left me wanting to explore more of Serafini Productions’ work. If this is any indication of what the rest of the BrokenLore series has to offer, then it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on.
