Esports Manager 2026 isn’t quite on a par with giants like Football Manager just yet. If the developer continues to expand the game at the same pace, this title has everything it takes to become the benchmark within the esports management genre.

Love it, simply love it. Whilst Esports Manager 2026 is not perfect, it achieves what it has set out to do perfectly. I think that there are some elements that can be added (call me) to enhance the gameplay, but in general, love it. Very excited to see what enhancements Neurona Games have in store in the future. I have given Esports Manager 2026 a Thumb Culture Gold Award
Esports Manager 2026 offers an addictive foundation built around scouting, team composition, map preparation, finances, and meaningful long-term player development. Unfortunately, inconsistent match AI, illogical rotations, questionable economy management, and weak feedback often undermine the sense that your preparation and tactical decisions truly matter.
