​Cocoro the robot girl is plenty lovable, but I found the COCORO the visual novel unambitious and overly sentimental. It doesn’t do anything interesting with its science fiction setting and characters, nor does it really earn the emotional climaxes it aspires to. That said, if you enjoyed Konno Asta’s previous works like ATRI and GINKA or just want to indulge in a cute robot girl, you’ll probably find something to like in COCORO.
