Critic Reviews for Imprint-X
Morgondag's latest has players hacking the brains of people infected with alien robotic parasites by sleuthing some familiar brainteasers
Even the paths to show your progress for each patient are cool, consisting of what looks like tree branches or a neurological network.
A good time passer, imprint-X is worth its reasonable price but isn’t a bastion of breathtaking gameplay. It has its flaws, many notable but none game ruining. Despite that, it definitely requires some brainpower. Don’t expect to be enraptured by days of scintillating gameplay, but also don’t expect to breeze through it on your first try.
An easy puzzle game to play and understand, but with unbalanced puzzle difficulty. Better suited for the most hardcore puzzle fans.

I, for one, welcome our new parasitic overlords, as saving the human race has never been so relaxing.
Overall, imprint-x is a puzzle game you play while in a light trance. The puzzles range from simplistic to cruelly complex, the game maintains a quick pace once it gets past the hour-long introduction stage, and the gameplay constantly morphs as new mechanics are added at a rapid pace. If it weren't for that one issue with movement and input lag, I'd almost consider it worth the five dollar asking price.
If you want a quick blast of escapism with a bit of a challenge, then this what you’ll get. Nothing more, nothing less.
A strikingly good puzzle game based around pressing buttons that becomes fantastically complicated, with a strong techno soundtrack that compliments the aesthetic perfectly.
