Critic Reviews for Blood Bowl 2: Legendary Edition
If you are a fan of tabletop games, Blood Bowl 2 will entertain you. Deep gameplay for different classes, strong campaign mode and the ability to build many teams with various lineups really increase the fun. The game indeed suffers from some issues and it is not suitable for many types of gamers, but don't forget the fact that all of the downloadable contents are included in the Legendary Edition.

For fans of the board game, and indeed more slower, seasoned tactical play, Blood Bowl 2: Legendary Edition offers a unique and inviting gaming experience. It's a statistical conundrum wrapped up in the familiar, which makes learning the rules and expansive options much less daunting. It definitely suffers from dips in pace and rhythm, which at times threatens to suck the life from within. However, the turn-based play is consistently engaging and brutal.
The Legendary Edition offers a lot of bells and whistles to a hard-hitting combination of football and chess. Alas, every part of the game lacks substance or the competitive fire to keep players coming back for more. A competitive multiplayer platform lends more replay value, but not much.
