Witching Tower Reviews
Witching Tower is a decent puzzle adventure title with good level design and plenty of secrets to find. The hit detection and melee combat can be a bit wonky and the bow isn't entirely accurate, but it makes up for this with its puzzles and immersive atmosphere.
Witching Tower has an interesting setup, but sadly misses the opportunity to expand its story and magical world. The focus here is on action and puzzle-solving, but neither of work well enough to carry the entire experience. Clocking in at a length of two hours, even that felt too long, as it’s clear the game runs out of steam.
Witching Tower, for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and PSVR, is a good first Daily Magic Production game for VR systems, which will satisfy our desire to plunge into a world of sword and witchcraft. It does not delve into any of its aspects and is quite short, but it has enough variety to be highly enjoyable during the time it lasts.
