If you’re into your steampunk with a side of apocalypse, then you’re covered. If you’re a WarCraft alumni who fancies a bit of a twist in the not-technical-zombies mold, this will inject some fresh life into the RTS catalogue.
Though sometimes clunky controls and missing features will have you reaching for the keyboard, They Are Billions on PS4 is still a descent into madness that will have you hooked if you let it.
They Are Billions began to attract the attention of the community thanks to the early access for PC. Finally reaching the console community, it grants access to a lot more players. Unfortunately, that comes at a cost with a cut in content with respect to the PC version.
They Are Billions has some interesting concepts, but doesn’t deliver a satisfying console RTS that I can get into.
