Activision has dropped information for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's Season Three.

On the Activision Blog, a wealth of information for Modern Warfare's third season of content was revealed. It was revealed that Call of Duty: Warzone will now feature Quads, allowing players to operate in teams of four. Ground loot will be seeing a continuous overhaul to help change up strategies. Players can now expect to see every weapon type with a silenced and non-silenced variant, which will allow squads to choose whether they want to approach battle silently, or go guns blazing.

Those who own the full version of Modern Warfare will see three new maps in Season Three: Talsik Backlot, Hovec Sawmill, and Aniyah Incursion. As the Season moves on, more playlists in multiplayer such as Demolition, Gun Game Reloaded and more should be expected. Players should also remember to check the Barracks for new missions. These missions bring with them XP rewards, blueprints, skins for operators and vehicles and more.

In the Battle Pass system, two new weapons can be earned at Tiers 15 and 31: the Renetti handgun and the SKS marksman rifle. Players can also earn the handgun blueprint the "Cerastes," the assault rifle blueprint the "Beefeater," and a Legendary sniper blueprint "The Witching Hour."

Those who purchase the Season Three Battle Pass of Battle Pass Bundle will be given instant access to a new operator: Alex. Tier 0 will include a new shirtless skin for Yegor. At Tier 10, gamers will be able to begin receiving Operator skins based off of various armed forces divisions. These skins include the U.S. Expeditionary Force (Tier 10), the South Korean Special Forces (Tier 30), Pararescue (Tier 50), and the Counter Terrorist Special Police Force. Purchasing the Battle Pass will also net players with a special finishing move involving fan-favorite pup Riley, which is unlocked at Tier 20.

Finally, there will be two new Operators joining the fray in Season Three. This includes Ronin, a saboteur and master of multiple fighting systems. Also joining the battle is Iskra, a new Allegiance fighter in the Chimera division.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Warzone are available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Season 3 will start on April 8th, and will release for all platforms on the same day.
