As you'd expect from one of the most influential and popular video games of all time, Breath of the Wild's unique approach to player expression and freedom has generated its fair share of discourse and discussion. Love it or hate it, weapon durability is a big part of both Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, with most of the useable items you come across in the game having an all-too-short window of use before breaking forever. It's controversial and has caused a lot of issues for some players, but it looks like a fix is coming in the Switch 2 Editions... kind of.
