Ghost of Tsushima: Legends' upcoming raid releases late next week.

On developer Sucker Punch's website, it was announced that Ghost of Tsushima: Legends' Raid, The Tale of Iyo, will be playable beginning on October 30th. The Raid is the culmination of the story in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, and will take the fight directly to Iyo's realm. The Tale of Iyo is divided into three chapters, and will require a full team, as well as excellent communication and coordination, in order to be completed.

The Raid will not support matchmaking, so players will have to ready their team ahead of time, and jump in together. Sucker Punch suggests that players have their gear at KI level 100 as an absolute minimum before attempting the Raid. To get ready, they recommend finishing all of the Story missions, and replaying Story and Survival missions on higher difficulties in order to get higher level gear.

Sucker Punch also announced Weekly Challenges for Legends. Starting at 8:00 a.m. PST every Friday, there will be a new two-player Story mission and four-player Survival mission with weekly modifiers. The teams who earn the highest scores that week will be featured on a weekly leaderboard, with one for the Story mission and one for the Survival mission. These missions will be at the Nightmare Difficulty, and will put teams to the test. Though they will be difficult, those who complete them along with the bonus objectives will receive max-level gear, which can help out with the Raid.

It was also announced that a number of bug fixes are on the way. This includes a bug that caused some players to get stuck in the Legends tutorial, and a bug that caused frequent Network Error pop-ups. The full list of fixes can be seen here

Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is the free multiplayer mode for Ghost of Tsushima. The mode released last week. The mode is a hit, as Sucker Punch revealed that more than two million matches were played using online matchmaking.

Ghost of Tsushima and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends are available now for the PlayStation 4.
