There's always a sale of some description going on at the PlayStation Store, but the one that's live right now is better than most. More than 3,000 games have been discounted in the platform's aptly-named Summer Sale, with some of 2025's biggest games available for less sprinkled among the other great deals you can grab right now.
Topping the bill is the game that, as things stand, will likely be crowned Game of the Year come December - Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Released in April, Sandfall's debut game received critical acclaim, becoming the highest-rated game of the year. It has also sold 3.3 million copies and counting, a number that will keep ticking up while it's on sale. It's already considerably cheaper than the $70/$80 standard at $49.99, but right now you can get it for 10 percent off on PS5.
Amazon has been restocking Clair's physical edition all week. If you've been trying to find a copy, now's the time to start checking.
There were fears that Clair's arrival would be overshadowed by Oblivion Remastered, which dropped in the same week. It wasn't, even though the highly polished Elder Scrolls game was also incredibly popular....
