CD Projekt Red has responded to the reports that Cyberpunk 2077 has scenes that can induce seizures.

Reports have been coming in stating that there are sequences in Cyberpunk 2077 that can cause epileptic seizures. According to Game Informer, the issue is the Braindancing segments of the game. During these moments, red and white lights flash on the screen, and can induce seizures. Now, CD Projekt Red has addressed the situation in a tweet.

"Thank you for bringing this up," the tweet reads. "We're working on adding a separate warning in the game, aside from the one that exists in the EULA. Regarding a more permanent solution, Dev team is currently exploring that and will be implementing it as soon as possible."

Earlier this week it was revealed that games purchased on GOG will start being compatible with Nvidia's GeForce NOW platform. The first game that will be able to launch from GOG on GeForce NOW is Cyberpunk 2077. This will allow gamers to play the game on any device, including low-powered or incompatible Windows and Mac laptops, Chromebooks, and more. The title will only be available in English when it launches on the platform, though additional language support will be added in the future. GOG did state that Cyberpunk 2077 being compatible with GeForce NOW is only the first step, and that they will be releasing more news soon.

There will be two patches that gamers will have to download when Cyberpunk 2077 releases. One is a massive 43 GB patch, along with a day one patch. It is unknown what is in these patches, and how big the day one patch will be.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia on December 10th. Reviews for the game can be seen here. The title currently holds an OpenCritic Mighty Rating, with a 92 Top Critic Average.
