Saving everyone from the Iron Throne in Baldur's Gate 3 requires absolute precision. You have to make the most of every move because you're straddled with a timer the moment you step off the submarine into the underwater labyrinth.

Explorer grants you eight turns, Balanced six, and Tactician/Honour five.

But there is a cheeky exploit that lets you bypass the timer altogether, giving you ample room to free Grand Duke Ulder Ravengard and all 13 of the trapped Gondians before the entire complex explodes.

As explained by u/kalik-boy (and discovered by u/ProxyGateTactician), all you need to do is stack a few crates to the ceiling of the submarine, climb on top, pop an invisibility potion, and leap through solid metal into the prison.

"The reason I used an invisibility potion is because if you don't, Omeluum, assuming he's still alive, that is, will talk to you as soon as you land on the ground, and this will trigger the countdown," they explained. "But if you are invisible, you are free to explore the prison."
