In an extremely fascinating and almost unheard of turn of events, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the heavily-maligned first-person shooter that makes up this year's annualized Call of Duty entry, is on sale.
Not just any sale, but a whopping 50 percent off across all its platforms (PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Xbox One) just one month — Black Ops 7 officially launched on November 14 — after its release.
Activision has admitted that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 fell short, and it won't make the same mistakes again.
What's more, it's not just one retailer either. Black Ops 7 is on sale at GameStop, over at Best Buy and Target, as well as on Amazon. It's not on sale digitally, though most digital storefronts haven't had their weekly refresh just yet.
I've not decided if I'll get looped into buying Black Ops 7, but if I was, I'd probably pick up the game at Best Buy since it appears that, at least for now, you'll get the limited-edition steelbook with your purchase. Not bad.
