You Can Now Tell Gearbox Exactly What You Want Out Of Borderlands 4's Weekly Activities

While Borderlands 4 got a great reception at launch, performance issues were pretty rampant. It took Gearbox a while to fix them, but eventually, fans could enjoy everything Kairos had to offer. Unfortunately, long-time fans have been complaining that there isn't enough endgame content to keep them going.

Players have complained that both the Horrors of Kairos Halloween event and the Bounty Packs are very shallow, not offering more than a few cosmetics, guns, and a tiny bit of story content. While weekly updates have kept the game going, there's only that much you can farm a boss until you get all the weapons you want. With no major content drops in sight, Gearbox has decided to ask the community what it would like from weekly events.

"We're hard at work on your 2026 content, including new Bounty Packs, your first Story Pack, and a Takedown," said a tweet by the official Borderlands handle. "While we work on these longer-lead projects though, we want to know what weekly endgame activities you want to see more (or less!) of."
