After resurrecting the game from the dead, yesterday, Nintendo released Animal Crossing: New Horizons' big 3.0 update, and a day early, no less.
The update included the ability to landscape and decorate three new dream islands, added a resort hotel for players to decorate, and collaborations with Lego, The Legend of Zelda, and Splatoon, all of which were revealed by Nintendo last year.
What Nintendo didn't reveal, however, was a bunch of new fantastic quality-of-life changes it had added to the game. Thankfully, with the reveal of the patch notes and budding players, many of these changes have begun to come to light, and we've documented them here for you.
