Fallout Veterans Are Worried That New Fans Actually Think The Enclave Are The Good Guys

The popularity of Prime TV's Fallout has brought a lot of new fans to the Fallout series, many of whom don't have extensive knowledge of the history and lore of each of the factions depicted in the television series.

While series veterans are diligently trying to educate anyone and everyone who will listen about the various atrocities committed by everyone, not every onlooker is heeding their lessons.

A recent thread on the Fallout subreddit by AdAutomatic9943 questions why there are so many users on the social media platform TikTok who express their support and admiration for The Enclave, a faction generally seen as antagonistic in the Fallout series.

"[The Enclave] do have some good points to be fair," writes one TikTok user. "Enclave aren't the bad guys though," writes the aptly-named John Henry Eden's Top Guy. "Defending the Enclave and debunking some things about them," reads the caption of one video.

While I personally wouldn't visit TikTok for educated takes and intellectually sound arguments, commenters on the thread are concerned that people are either knowingly or unknowingly expressing admiration for a fascist, genocidal organisation (nobody would ever do that, right?).
